We feel so fortunate to have found Rice Pet Clinic as our primary vet! Dr. Madison and Dr. Jason are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Our dog Bruce, tested heart worm positive in October. Dr. Madison and Dr. Jason were with us every step of the way, communicating frequently and clearly throughout the 5 month treatment.
The staff at RPC is equally as fantastic! Every staff member we have interacted with has been friendly, supportive and on top of their communication. We are confident that Bruce will always be in the best hands at RPC!
I just switched clinics to Rice Pet Clinic last month. They were absolutely amazing my first visit. They were all so welcoming and kind! They really loved on my nervous goldendoodle in the back during shots and made sure to give him some peanut butter (with my permission) as a treat. The team was very thorough and made sure to answer all my questions! The visit didn t feel rushed and I didn t feel pressure to buy everything like at my old clinic. The care was tweaked to what I wanted and what my doodle needed. I m so happy I switched to Rice Pet Clinic.

I love Rice St! They are so great with our anxious pup and do their best to make her as comfortable as possible. The only issue I have had is a lack of communication with the vet techs and the veterinarian. I have had multiple times where i received two completely different answers, specifically, pick up times after heart worm treatment ( a 5-hour pick up time difference). If this was sorted out rice street would be perfect!

I absolutely love that you can make appointments in an app. This clinic is always prompt, responsive, respectful and professional. One of my dogs has extreme anxiety at the vet, and they have greatly reduced her distress. They take excellent care of my "Chug" Sophie. Love these people! : )
