I have been a Rice agency customer for more than 25 years now. the service the staff provides is second to none. I use to change insurance carriers all the time searching for the lowest rates. Never had to do that here! Their rates have always been the lowest out there, and trust me, I have many offers that come in the mail saying they can save me money on my insurance, They talk a good game, but in the end they can't beat theses rates. The staff and great service is just a bonus. I have & would recommend them to anyone needing any type of insurance!

They have always addressed my needs in a timely fashion. They have a lot of insurance carriers that they deal with, and I have found their rates to be the best. When I first came with the agency, They saved me over 500 dollars a year. I had been with the other company for many years and thought I had a good deal. The best thing with this agency is if I don t like a certain insurance company they have many to choose from.
I began using Nationwide with this agency around 2010 from the beginning they got multiple things wrong, such as, my name. In later years there was more personal info taken down incorrectly like them linking my info to my mothers info and putting our relationship as married!! It took well over a year to get my name and marital status to appear correctly on my Nationwide documents, receipts, emails, ins. ID cards, etc. When some of this info changed it changed my rates due to "info" changing. As time moved on, I moved away from Nationwide, not due to Nationwide but due to this agency. While I was cancelling some policies and holding onto others they continued to end policies that I did not request, as well as stop payments on vehicle insurance which led to what would have been fines from the MVA. This matter was taken care of and corrected but should not have happened in the first place. I have a life ins. policy with Nationwide... never receive any follow up, info, even documents in regards to what is going on with it and it is paid up and on time. Calling this office is not easy, you will be sent to one office to another, no one is available, "they'll call you back." This is just a scratch on the surface of my 10 year relationship with this agency.
Nationwide insurance protected me when I needed it but this agency failed me too many times, made insurance too difficult and lost my business.
