Worst courier I ever saw.
One time Amazon used these guys to send my order. It took 4 days to deliver from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Can't believe that the consignment was in Abu Dhabi two days before delivery!!
Now again another vendor has used this company to send a packet to my wife. She is waiting for 3 days and still not delivered.
A call to PPLus office and got reply that they deliver to Abu Dhabi in 24 to 48 hours. Now more than 72 hours passed and still no sign of the package.
As some have written below their tracking system says "Out for Delivery" and then after a few hours "Delivery Exception- Recipient Unavailable
Location: DUBAI" whereas no one contacted or came to the building for delivery.
And the delivery address is Abu Dhabi so wonder to whom PPLus were attempting to deliver in Dubai!!! That is the same for the present shipment that is not yet delivered. see below for details.
Empost deliver in about 24 hours, Amazon mostly next day, Aramex in about 48 hrs, but these guys seem to walk to Abu Dhabi with the consignment and log wrong information in the tracking system that Recipient was not reachable.

Saw the reply below from owner. But what use after the incident? How can you correct it and why should I spend time contacting your customer service if you cannot provide timely service? Stop this stereotype response and take action to correct your business.
