Worst courier I ever saw.
One time Amazon used these guys to send my order. It took 4 days to deliver from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Can't believe that the consignment was in Abu Dhabi two days before delivery!!

Now again another vendor has used this company to send a packet to my wife. She is waiting for 3 days and still not delivered.

A call to PPLus office and got reply that they deliver to Abu Dhabi in 24 to 48 hours. Now more than 72 hours passed and still no sign of the package.

As some have written below their tracking system says "Out for Delivery" and then after a few hours "Delivery Exception- Recipient Unavailable
Location: DUBAI" whereas no one contacted or came to the building for delivery.

And the delivery address is Abu Dhabi so wonder to whom PPLus were attempting to deliver in Dubai!!! That is the same for the present shipment that is not yet delivered. see below for details.

Empost deliver in about 24 hours, Amazon mostly next day, Aramex in about 48 hrs, but these guys seem to walk to Abu Dhabi with the consignment and log wrong information in the tracking system that Recipient was not reachable.

Saw the reply below from owner. But what use after the incident? How can you correct it and why should I spend time contacting your customer service if you cannot provide timely service? Stop this stereotype response and take action to correct your business.

I wish I could give zero star to this extremely unprofessional logistics company. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address without providing me any record or a photo as a proof of delivery. They even do not keep a record of these crucial information which is also unbelievable (I asked many times).

I know that they are going to write their standart response under my comment like 'we're sorry, please get in touch with us to get further assistance...' I wrote to the customer service many times providing my tracking ID and everything but there is no response as expected. They lost my parcel and they completely seem not to care about it. Never and ever going to use this company's services again for sure.

they make you feel they dont care. Shipment has a problem. They ask you to call. they dont call customers. Customers need to do everything.
Registration they ask to upload ID, but when customs needs it, they ask you to send ID by email AGAIN. No clear tracking. no online payment (despite corona) Sudden delivery and ask for money (ive been called 15min before driver arrived and ask for 400 dhs in cash) expected me to have cash with me and im home waiting for him all day no work nothing. Customer service are managers dont bother calling. Shop and ship is far better. They have your id stored and ready. they offer online payment. they send you sms when delivery is happening. I use both but was a mistake to open an account with pp mybox

I recieved a message and a call on the 10 of March that my order is ready and the driver is on his way to deliver to me
I even had to resend my location tru watsap to the driver but up to today. I have not recieve my order.
Is really terrifying
I write to them countless times
That even if you call me I don't pick is bc am at work and am not allowed to use mobile at work
Pls come to Alquos precisely in dubai bowling center
Come to sweetheart kitchen is in the first floor
Up to now no answer
I really don't know wat to do

Hello, I would like to inform you that your courier guy didn't make any attempt of calling me or trying to reach. I am checking the tracking history and to my surprise it says at 1:26 the driver attempted to call. This is just so poor statement! Wherein I did not received even one miscall I did not received any! then they will delay the delivery because of dishonest statement of your courier guy!

This is the only time in my life I face an issue with amazon delivery
The reason is: my order was shipped by PPLUS
I received a message from them that there was an attempt to deliver my order.. but of course, no one contacted me..
From the other reviews here, it seems that it is their attitude..
Amazon should stop shipping with them!

I had a delivery from Amazon with the tracking number PPLUS00426758 and the item is with the courier of PPLUS since last 2 days.I am not unable to understand what is taking them so much to deliver. When we call the customer care they have most careless attitude and just doesn't understand or even try to provide clear picture. They're saying that they couldn't deliver the package because I was not in my residence while I was waiting here whole day for the delivery. Ofcourse the seller is going to get 1 rating as well. Extremely disappointed. In fact I had plans to give them bulk order from my office but now NO. If you are planning to use their service then GOD help you.

I missed the call from their delivery driver for less than 3 minutes, and the driver left and is not answering my return call.

very very bad customer service experience.

And the customer guy in their office said that, the driver will NOT wait if you missed their call even if its less than 3 minutes.

Worst service ever, they made me pay 480 dhs for shipping and I received the box with a huge hole in it and some items were missing from the box. When I complained they refused to compensate and said it was my fault the box is damaged even though their employees were obviously throwing the box around very carelessly and cause this huge tear in it. Not recommended at all their service is below unacceptable and their customer service
Is the worst ever trying to blame the customer for their obvious subpar service and handling of packages
