Not the best place to work office staff does not really care about the guards and overall this business is run very poorly.
Oral R Carter posted a person is " white trash " on facebook when someone spoke up about Kaepernick not standing during flag ceremonies. Whether you believe in standing or not, calling someone " white trash " is not acceptable. If someone had made a racial slur to Oral R Carter, the racist card would be played to the hilt. You actually hired someone like this for security? Shame on you!
RIBI are a DISGRACE. Their management do not respond to calls, especially if there is trouble. For months I have warned them about racism creeping into the Sims New Haven site where an employee played the race card on "The White Guard." The guard was HISPANIC. They send unsuitable staff to their clients and, if the client discovers the staff member is unsuitable, they send another, and another and another. A new hire refused to do the training speak to or work with his white trainer trying to have his trainer fired. He worked 45 minutes of a seven hour shift and spent the rest of the night in his car. A formal comment was made and supported by a field manager on the character of the new hire. A meeting was sought. They did not respond. Despite supporting and commending the trainer for his pe4rfect definition of the new hire he was left on site and was tardy for four of five shifts, at two locations arriving each time with an attitude. The trainer was hospitalized and cleared for work for the next week.No schedule was given and the race card was played, taking the side of the accuser withour corroboration. CLIENTS. DO NOT HIRE RIBI. They do not care about your premises. SIMS, NEW HAVEN was monitored over three hours of the nightshift last week and NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE SITE. The gaurd sat in a darkened Guard Shack. Dispatch was called and warned that the Guard at 4:08 a.m. was not doing the job. RIBI called the guard, who walked around the warehous and returned to the Guard Shack where the light was left off. He did not check the GPS locations on site, of which there were three. This should have been done twice an hour. SIX patrols where not made. Both site gates were so poorly locked that a medium sized person could easily slide between the gates and onto the site. RIBI are NOT your friend. RIBI guards are poorly motivated.

Sexual harassment is rewarded. Racism is ignored. Employees made to work unpaid. Hush hush, don t communicate with each other or the client. Worst company I ve ever worked for.
