Ribank N.V. Review

a loan with Ribank in Nov. 2006 this fully paid in 10 2009 now in 2019 I am still in the registration that I would have a loan that should have been canceled already in 2009 so shortly there are 10 years to sleep the ribank too bad after having had contact with ribank you are still treated badly I had asked if they can get this urgently there is 1 working day no that what is not usual never but then also never ribank for me

Bad service and high interest rates. Not available for more information. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't do business with this bank.

We wanted a new kitchen. Everything arranged and Ribank would finance it. Neat payment arrangement. Car collection every month. But when we called or emailed them for an overview, there was never a response. Called again 2 months ago and had to call again several times after being on hold. It took 1.5 hours before I even got anyone on the line. Asked what the total amount is what they still have to receive because I wanted to pay it in 1 x. So I did that and I received a letter that it was ready and would be deregistered from BKR. However, we now keep getting text messages, emails that there is a backlog. Called again and you are greeted unfriendly. Again it is said I am sending you an overview. But again I get the letter that everything has been paid and we are being signed out. I get an e-mail this morning that there is a backlog .. Again another jerk on the line who does not want to let me finish. Again asked for an overview, but sir will not say anything more to me. Don't understand the frustration. Just sent a complaint to them. Never again ribank and I advise everyone not to work with them. Shameful the way you are treated. ....

Ribank doesn't know what they are billing to their customers. If you ask them for a specialized invoice, you won't get it. You have to enforce this in court. While Ribank is simply required by law. This club should be destroyed. Staff should never be allowed to work in the financial sector again. They also give false registrations to the bkr that have bothered you for 5 years.

I personally have never had any problems with Ribank. Payment overviews are neatly online. Payments are going well and they send an annual overview by e-mail every year. See many problems with the fact that they cannot view the payments, you can just view and download them.
