We wanted a new kitchen. Everything arranged and Ribank would finance it. Neat payment arrangement. Car collection every month. But when we called or emailed them for an overview, there was never a response. Called again 2 months ago and had to call again several times after being on hold. It took 1.5 hours before I even got anyone on the line. Asked what the total amount is what they still have to receive because I wanted to pay it in 1 x. So I did that and I received a letter that it was ready and would be deregistered from BKR. However, we now keep getting text messages, emails that there is a backlog. Called again and you are greeted unfriendly. Again it is said I am sending you an overview. But again I get the letter that everything has been paid and we are being signed out. I get an e-mail this morning that there is a backlog .. Again another jerk on the line who does not want to let me finish. Again asked for an overview, but sir will not say anything more to me. Don't understand the frustration. Just sent a complaint to them. Never again ribank and I advise everyone not to work with them. Shameful the way you are treated. ....
