The work ethic and professionalism worsened over time. Perhaps the company grew beyond capacity and management got overwhlemed. The team who does the actual work is generally professional…However, the supervision/management quality (response time, follow up, etc.) is poor. Last job taken was not completed and the manager asked me to find another company to finish the work - after more than two month of attempting to communicate with him.
