This place is a joke, I had to pay the first owners a extra water deposit and was supposed to get that $120.00 back after a year and this new place tells me they don't have to abide by that contract???? I'm pretty sure legally your supposed to, also if I'm buying my homes it is non of their business who is in my house. This place is the worst place to live under they would have to be the top slum Lord I know.
My wife and I are in the middle of downsizing to a smaller home. We are still in the midst of readying our current home for sale. It is quite far for us travel to our new home but we can't wait between trips as we move our things a little at a time. Our neighbors are so nice and the neighborhood is as well. Everyone is so friendly and the park is kept so clean, quiet and well kept. It is a great place and we love it!
RHP what is happening with Cielo vista mobile home park the rent is increasing 30 dollars more but it s ok but has fix the problem with the water issue and the cat invasion it s smells like cat urine and poop and dead cats in some area of the mobile park.
There is 2 managers and 2 manticene personnel but they don t fix any problems the mobile park looks horrible.
The old greasy bait and switch with this company at Three Crowns, Las Vegas. I was approved for residency, cash purchase - received email with price, dates and stipulations for deposit and proof of funds. 12 hours later a text message from Joanne stating the price went up with a sad face emoji. No other information. I texted her how much and to reply by email. No answer. Then I call her - up $10k 18%.
What kind of sleazy company does this kind of thing and what kind of business person uses text message to discuss price. I am not out a dime and thank my lucky star. I have a call into the DA in Michigan and a call to Clark County DA to discuss the issue.
This place used to be ok now its people who hand them a buck and move in. Thats one. No notifications of changes to how rent is paid like on if two people you cant make separate payments and now the charge is $38+ to pay online. Even though they get their money FASTER that way. VERY DISAPPOINTED
My only complaints are the new people being let in to the trailer park are very shady,things are starting to turn up missing in Redwood Estates, Oakdale pa..also the speeding is getting out of control and people running stop signs with no attempt to try & stop..Have contacted police with the answer it's private property.."wish we had park security,"But my main thing is I have lived here long enough to watch 3 of my children grow & move out into the world..& with 3 more to go I would like for them to have a pool to swim in ,a church to worship,and safe streets for them to go out and walk around..& with certain tanants that were aloud to move in,the church being removed,& a pool that is barely open.this makes it hard for my daughter's to have any local things to do..please help with these issues.Dont ignore them..

South Park Mobile Estates; Finleyville, PA was bought out by RHP Properties. Many residents can t get a call back. We have no emergency contacts. There is seldom anyone at the office. The street signs were taken down prior to the new ones being delivered. We lived a great many weeks with most the signs being down and packages being left at wrong addresses. I stopped at the office several times, no one ever there, left messages with the answering service, no call back. Lastly, I emailed RHP, (it says they ll respond to emails within 24 hours), never received a response. There are some nice homes & nice people in our community. It s rapidly going downhill. Some extremely old mobile homes are falling apart, sitting empty and this is becoming a depressing place to live. I feel bad for other tenants, like us, who have invested time, money & effort to keep their homes looking good and abiding by RHP rules & regulations.
Bottom line, we are disappointed we live here & I d never encourage anyone to move here.
I've lived in my home for 7 years... Never have I heard that ur allowed to have a clothesline umbrella but yet I can't have a gazebo which I can put up and take off at anytime... UNBELIEVABLE... No trees around my house... No shade around my house... Can't put up a gazebo to sit outside with my family cause they don't allow it!! How am I suppose enjoy my house outside with my family if I can't even put up a gazebo? Oh and it can't b on the grass... but yet if I built a deck I can have it on there!!
I've lived at this location for 3 yrs. My dishwasher stopped working and I have asked for my dishwasher to be fixed since November of 2020. Then in February I'm told they are not replacing broken dishwashers, but if I want to buy one I can. I rented this home with a working dishwasher and now I have to buy my own and my rent will be going up in August. So now you won't replace my dishwasher your going to charge me more for my rent. I think it may be time to start house hunting
