BEWARE BEWAREAwkward, absolutely so help at all. It seems as though you have to be Hispanic for the employees to seem enthused enough to help you. J called Elizabeth 4 times no return call then when I get there she sets us in an office arms crossed as if we are wasting her time then tells us they only offer home loans and with the 30 seconds of "Help" she was ready to excuse us. It hurts to know that if we were Hispanic they would be happy to help and even take the extra steps to help us. Just another way for Americans to be pushed out of their own country. I think I would rather go the traditional route especially because we have good credit.

They are supposed to be doing an adjustment on my mortgage because they took out flood insurance for me when i had flood insurance. They were charging 4 times the amount that i paid , then they tell me they are obligated to do so. So even thou I have flood insurance which I paid up front they are still charging me an extra 200.00 dollars a month for there mistake. Please sell my loan to someone else. Oh and another thing try talking to someone in a certain dept, is ridiculous. Then you leave a message and they still dont get back to you. Miss a payment see how fast they call. Just frustrated.

I went to pay off my mortgage and was treated so rudely. I am glad I wont have to deal with them again. Every time I asked a question the rep Jacklyn would talk down to me as if I was an idiot. It was evident that she did not want to be there or help a customer.

I wish I could give negative stars. My Maine USDA loan was originated with CMG (great company!), and my first payment was due 8/1. I always pay early, and biweekly, because legally the payment is late on 8/2, even though most companies give a grace period. Mortgage Servicing Solutions sent a letter postmarked 8/2, that they were taking over my loan starting 8/1. I received a letter from CMG that Mortgage Servicing Solutions (Rhode Island Housing) would be taking over 9/1. I have been receiving multiple collections calls per day from Mortgage Servicing Solutions. I have spoken with the same woman (Janet) every time, and she is always rude and accusatory. We have the same conversation each time, almost verbatim: yes, I made my payments to CMG, 2 weeks before they are due, and that she will contact them to get the funds. The last time today (8/22), I asked her to read the notes on my account back to me, as well as to listen to the recordings from our previous conversations. No apology, just a condescending, "You have a wonderful day." I really hope that Maine switches to another servicer, because I can't take 30 years of this!

The mortgage Coordinator the did mine is a GREAT PERSON, for real, she really worked hard to get me my first home, Thank you Sandra, but aside from her and maybe a couple more people, this place has had to have the more inexperience, don't-have-a-clue, make-every-thing-complicated crew working for them. Aaahh!!. Its ALWAYS some sort of problem or run-around, when I call. I have to pray before I call, that they will get it right. JESUS!!!!

Bad customer service. They charge late fees even if I'm not late on payment. I call, they apologize and promise to fix it but they never do instead the following month I got charged another late fee.

After waiting 60 days to get into our first home we found out that because of their complete incompetence we had to push our closing day another week. Now we are literally homeless until then and scraping to find enough for a hotel for a week and storage for a whole house full of stuff because they decided the DAY BEFORE we were to close that they needed one more paystub that they forgot to ask for . We sent it right away (within twenty minutes) and we were told it would take 48 hours to process! They are zero help and completely unprofessional. They deal with people s livelihood and they couldn t care less.

I would give them ZERO stars! Rude isn't even the word for it. Just know you don't need to go through them to get a 1st time home owners loan. You're better off with your bank or credit union. I regret ever doing business with them.

DON'T MAIL A CHECK THEY'LL HOLD IT FOR WEEKS AND APPLY THE PAYMENT LATE. Mailed the check a week before it was due on the first. They dint apply the payment until after the 15th.... held for 3 weeks.... late charge they wouldn't refund AND the only mark on my credit score.

Please, Please, Please Sell my mortgage to ANYONE ELSE!!

05/28/19 Update
After years of horrible service and suffer abuse from the the hands of these pompous people at this mortgage I am please to say. I have found a way out, SOLD my house. Something as simple as a payoff balance and providing this company a final payoff, was one of the worse experiences of my life. Its 2019 people get with the times. VERY HAPPY TO BE FREE.
