Rgis now sets up interviews through a company call...
Rgis now sets up interviews through a company called Advantage Solutions. I set up 2 interviews for part time inventory position with Arriane Urbano Garrovillo and both times she never called. I had an appointment at 10:30 am and another at 12:30pm. I had to reschedule the second appointment myself through a chat. She sent me an email around 11am stating I do apologize if I wasn't able to pick-up your call earlier. I was speaking with another candidate. Yes, we do have a schedule for an interview today. But the time may not be followed, I will still call you you within the day. It is now 7:30pm and still no call. I sent a final email to never contact me again and that I am no longer interested the job. Rgis need to go back to scheduling interviews at the Troy location or in person because these new Advantage Solutions recruiters are lazy and making Rgis lose potential employees with open availability. No wonder this company has such a high turnover rate. They re unprofessional, unorganized, and rude!
