The installation was ineffective and service dept took months to respond to a life safety issue in an assisted living community. Additionally, over $1500 worth of emergency pendants never worked out of brand new boxes. Reps response was the warranty had expired. Called manufacturers myself to find out there is a known issue and how to replace equipment. Just bypass this company and work with manufacturers if possible.
