Program is to complicated to use, No Phone Assistance, doesn't do what it needs to do in terms of the market and shifting trends. Example : Variant widths within the same Box or layout. Choices are limited to 3", 4", 5", and so on but not combined.
Asked for help through the chat and didn't help and was waiting for over 30 minutes. Next wanted to cancel membership and no one was available. Had to submit a request then given a order number just to cancel.
There are other programs better and easier to use, oh and with a phone number to call for help or just ask questions.
