Home Depot contracted them out to install a door. Showed up late for both measurements and installation. Managed to damage door and didn t finish the job. Anytime you try to call it goes to voicemail and no call back. Tried reaching out to Home Depot who also gives the run around saying they will try to contact them.
Byron Beckman destroyed my home due to his incompetence and Home Depot puts the blame on RFInstallations who actually hired this clown. RFInstallation has so many bad reviews and many concerning this Byron Beckman that I would think Home Depot would consider using another company. RFInstallations fired this guy before due to inadequate work, but they let him come out here to Abilene and Brownwood to bring his bad work ethics here and now we are stuck with him destroying our properties. This RFInstallations is a HORRIBLE company and with worst installers. I advise strongly to NOT let Byron Beckman do installs to your home! Use someone else until Home Depot gets rid of him and gets rid of the contract with RFInstallations.

Scheduled and paid for a simple replacement of sliders to a patio... 6 weeks later and many calls and excuses from Todd and his boss Randy.,. and my work is not even scheduled yet AND they have not even filed an application w the city for a building permit.
Yes, you read that right! I was so tired of the run around and the phone tag that I went down to the planning board myself and was told they had not even been there yet :(

Very unprofessional company rf installation is the company my local home depot contracts out to for patio door installations and I wish they would find another company. During install the team member informed me he was missing some wood to finish the inside of my door and told me to call home depot and schedule the follow up visit. After contacting home depot no one ever called and after contacting Leticia Drum @ RF installations she never responded to voicemail or email. RF only responded after I complained to home depot. Unprofessional low class company

RF Installation LLC Installed an Anderson Storm Door.
A win gust ripped the door wide open damaging on of the door openers.
I identified the issue, reported it to the Installation Manager who told me he will write a ticket to get it repaired.
I wrote two follow up emails, who got never answered.
I recommend never using their services and will report them as well to the store where I bought the door.
I would never ever recommend this company. The man that came was very very rude and wanted to argue with me. Seem very upset when I mentioned I was happy how it was installed. He got so angry I had to ask him to leave. I called Home Depot and the manager was very kind and understanding. Thank you Home Depot.
I ordered an external door replacement through Home Depot.
The RF Installation man was on time, polite and did a great job.

RF Installations did great quality work installing french doors to replace our patio sliding glass door. Their installation line number is always busy, and if you are working be through Home Depot the process is a mess, but all those issues seemed to be caused by HD, not RFI. Installed the door in 4 hours. Just get more people to answer your phones and the experience would be perfect!
This company seems to subcontract for Home Depot. Problem is, they then subcontract to other companies that are worthless. 4 days working out of 17 working days this month taking the holiday and weekends into account. Constant lies and little recourse. Go with anyone else
This place is great if you enjoy poor customer service, people never showing up when scheduled and lack of service. Waited 8 weeks for them to show up to take measurements for cabinets then they never delivered to Home Depot. That cost $99! Calling the above number just gets a voice mailbox.
