I worked here from November 2015 - March 2016 and really didn't like it. I was barley dispatched and when i was all they had was runs that really didn't pay. Many times i had to drive way over my allowed time. There was only one dispatcher there that i like during my shift. Also many times we were forced to sit in Dallas at the delivery point for hours. Then when we call to check in and say we are coming home, they force us to stay past the 2 hour limit. The equipment was always in terrible condition and dirty. You could never get a nice clean truck cause equipment was never assigned, it was always slip seat with another driver. As far as management is concerned, it's a joke. very disrespectful and yelled at there drivers many times. There was no way to advance from a driver. I applied for a dispatch position and was turned down cause i was a driver. If i were you i would stay away from this company.

Great company to work for but they have an unprofessional dispatch who wastes drivers time and company gas trying to please his other groupies drivers. Overall Jake is a great guy to work for, he just need to fire these guys under him.

My Husband was over worked he had an accident and died on the job

You can trust your cargo to these guys. The owner met me in person, a gentleman that runs a tight ship.

This is Noel Martinez posting under my sister s name. Had a very bad experience with Reynolds Natiowide in San Antonio. Eva in recruiting will lie to you from the very beginning. Kyle will back up her lies just to get you in the office. This company is a complete waste of time. Now I know why they are always looking for drivers
