I cannot say enough great things about RCM! They handled the post-tornado rebuilding of Plaza 41 (41st & Kiwanis, Sioux Falls) from start to finish - a year-long project costing multiple millions. Not only did they have to deal with multiple tenant build outs (each of whom had their own specific wants/needs), they also had to deal with insurance adjusters, the ownership group and high-maintenance me! As the property manager, we received numerous tenant compliments for RCM, which made my job so much easier. From office staff, to ownership, to project managers and employees, RCM is truly a top-notch organization! We've used them many times in the past and will continue to do so.
