The guys there are super chill and easy to talk to. The place was a little cluttered and doesn't appear the most professional though.

These folks are amazing! I'm used to repair and diagnostic times taking days or many hours, but these folks diagnosed my computer in minutes! They ordered the part, and when the shipper failed to deliver on time, they proactively ordered from a new shipper just so I could get my computer fixed on time. When I asked how long the repair would take, thinking they'd tell me to come back hours later, or even the next day, they said it would be done in sixty minutes. And it was! Their prices were reasonable, and they're friendly and competent. I'm typing this on a quiet, fast computer because of their expert help. I will never go to another computer repair shop!

Very very great place! They spent a day or two trying to figure out exactly what was wrong with our laptop. When they thought they pinpointed what it was (it needed a new part), we happened to have that extra part. We gave them the part, which they tested out and eventually figured out that the poor laptop was just dead and not savable. They got all the data off of the laptop too. Then they didn't charge us anything because they said that they labeled it as "diagnosing it".

So long story short, they worked on it a few days and extracted the data all for free. Very kind people.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! First off, they have the BEST customer service. I had originally gone to another place in town close to BYU-Idaho campus to fix my apply computer and they were rude, said they would help but never called me back, and didn't even bother to care. I was frustrated and ended up at MY-PC-ER and it was the greatest blessing. They were kind, assisted me right away, and were able to resolve my computer issues. They are also so patient! I was running late to drop off my computer due to not having a car available sooner and by the time we were able to drop off the computer, they were technically closed but stayed open a bit later to help us. I could go on and on! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

Spilled Powerade over the keyboard and the computer stopped working. Peter let me come in right afterwards and he took the laptop apart and cleaned everything in an hour. I got to stay and watch him do it too, and he made great conversation.

An hour later and for only $50, he fixed the computer including other issues he saw with preexisting broken buttons

Peter and the rest of the gang were incredibly helpful and did excellent work. My laptop (which is not easy to open and get to certain parts) was taken apart and put back together wonderfully. They were supposed to only put in a new fan and thermal paste, but they went above and beyond - letting me know my battery needed to be replaced soon, where to buy a new one, and even installed drivers and monitoring software on my laptop. A++ service! Peter has been in the biz for 20+ years, is very personable and knowledgeable. The whole crew are fun to talk to as well. Great experience overall and I'll be going back again if the need arises.

Peter the owner was super helpful and personable. He took time out of his work load to upload some complimentary scanning software I needed. He supports community causes on a B2B and person to person level. I'll definitely be referring him to friends and colleagues. I'll be coming back too! I went into the store because my computer's battery had a slight malfunction after a Windows update. They ran some diagnostics and found nothing and after using my laptop I haven't ran into any issues. I also mentioned that I had an issue where my laptop wouldn't boot up normal, and they were able to fix it there. It was a great experience, and I left wanting to trust them more than when I walked in. If you have any computer issues, this is the first place I would go check.
