I went into the store because my computer's battery had a slight malfunction after a Windows update. They ran some diagnostics and found nothing and after using my laptop I haven't ran into any issues. I also mentioned that I had an issue where my laptop wouldn't boot up normal, and they were able to fix it there. It was a great experience, and I left wanting to trust them more than when I walked in. If you have any computer issues, this is the first place I would go check.
