I'm an OTR. First come first served delivery system 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. hold in stopped at the guard shack very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman.
continue driving through the gate park on the right hand side where you see the other trucks and trailers back into a spot.
get out of your truck and walk over to the drivers entrance which is on the far right-hand side past all the receiving docks.
Open the door and go inside there's a law that you have to sign in you need your bill of lading number or a delivery number or pick-up number to fill in the spot on the sheet for the load number.
Receiving guy was great no problem there.
They put me in doc 3 right away and immediately started unloading me.
Couldn't ask for better service in the parking lot here is huge..... I would trust a trainee driving around in here.

I was unloading I only had seven or eight IBC totes. My experience was very good I don't know what loading here is like just calling it like I see it.

Look, truckers can be some of the whiniest people ever. A lot of you get upset at loves when the clerk doesn't kiss your a** and laugh at your corny jokes. This place doesn't turn you away if your early or late like a lot of other shippers. Did I have to wait? Yes. I was also three hours earlier. If your late you can't complain about how long it takes to unload you. Security guard was cool. The employees in shipping were cool. Most shippers/receivers aren't going to allow you to park for your ten either. For that I'm very grateful. Ignore the crybabies reviews. Not a bad place to pu at all.

Only reason for the 3 Stars is for a Me Madisen. Plus the second shift guy that came in. The ENTIRE first shift in Shipping and Receiving is incompetent and lazy! I was informed that I would be loaded one I arrived. Wrong First shift will not do any loading with an appointment after 4:00 pm.

Truckers: Directions as follows... I-55 North or South to Ashland Ave. Take Ashland South to 43rd St. Turn Right (West) on 43rd St. Continue on 43rd St about a half mile. Ardagh/Redwood is the Huge White (New looking) building on the Left (South) side. *Note* 43rd St looks residential but it is a truck route *** Check in on the West side of the building near Dock 60 with shipping and receiving.

I arrived on time and was loaded within 45 minutes. They have a drivers restroom at the shipping office.

I've unloaded coils here several times and it's usually a good experience. Get there early enough to have your chains and tarps off at 0600 and you'll be back on the road around 0615-0630. One time they weren't expecting a delivery so they had to move coils around inside and I had to wait until about 0730, which still isn't as bad as many other places I've been. They have parking, vending machines, and a port o potty for drivers.

I come here often, great food and beverages in the vending machines.

Its the brand new big white building with no labels on it 275 w 43rd st is right they take a lil while so get u some food

Avoid or u will be stuck here forever. Yes, they are by appointment but when u arrive on time there s still 10-15 trucks waiting for their appointments which was before yours. I m going back in my sleeper. Now is 12am and my appointment was 7pm (I arrived before my app) and they didn t started loading yet. Good luck

Horrible service from the staff. Met supervisor very helpful and had amazing goatee.
