It seems like they are not as knowledgeable or responsible as they claim and pretend to be! If you yourself, with minimum information about digital marketing or google ad words, do that, it would be multiple times more successful and profitable than their verbally professional job !!! .
They run a campaign very inexpertly in highest prices, only for getting maximum rebate from google for themselves and unbothered that their customers are loosing money 10 times more than they will receive from google !
I can't suggest to work with them or not, but try to be aware about the process and don't leave the job to them completely and don't trust to their claims
