REVA Air Ambulance Review

The worst company. Paramedics who do not know how to handle the patient, disrespectful. My mom died at her hands and I was thrown away in Jamaica. They are a danger, they sedate the patient a lot and cause cardiorespiratory depression. Are the worst.

Had need for air ambulance out of Cozumel Mexico after my wife broke her hip. After several hours of dealing with the non cooperative Mexican hospital and staff we were finally released from the ER. The ladies in charge of caring for my wife on the air ambulance were fantastic, very take charge and personable. The pilots were great and brought us in softly and safely in Brownsville Texas and later our final destination, Scottsdale Az. Thanks for making an awful experience as pleasant as possible. This flight took place on April 19, 2015, thanks to the crew.

Reva is amazing from beginning to end... special shout out to Hans and his 1st class service... thank you so much for going above and beyond...

We had issues with accounting and the whole reimbursement process, However after reaching out to the higher ups our problem was resolved. The pilots and the medical team were amazing !

Don t Use. Company promised 8 passenger plane with bathroom & 2 days before flight tried to switch to smaller plane, no bathroom for same money. Then I had to scrounge to get another company. Health is stressful enough without their Bait & Switch tactics.

It was such a delight working with the AMAZING REVA Team! They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring with a personal touch. They keep great communication all along the process.
It was definitely a WOW! experience from beginning to end!
