I am terrified of heights and I have to admit, I was a little hesitant about the elevator ride. The Elevator attendant was so great and calmed my fears and made it a pleasant experience. The views are breathtaking and the Cloud 9 restaurant is great for the family. A wonderful experience and memory!

Never would have imagined the experience inside this restaurant!! The staff were some of the most friendly, knowledgeable, interactive, attentive, and caring people I have ever met. The views are out of this world! The entire restaurant spins for an unbelievable 360 degree view of Dallas, Texas. The center portion of the restaurant spins as well allowing you to see different portions of the restaurant and kitchen. Great place to unwind, even better for date nights!

The restaurant located above the observation deck needs more food variety. The wine selection is of abundance. However, it is elegant with spectacular views which you will most certainly pay for. Dont eat there attempting to penny-pinch.

You can walk on the observation deck and witness the beauty of the entire city!

Simply put...memories can be created here.

I only gave 3 stars because even though this is an interesting and awesome place to visit I thought the $18 entrance fee along with a $5 parking fee was steep for basically a tall tower to take pictures of the city skyline.

With that being said I did take roughly 30 pictures and had a good time.

So for a single person that does not mind spending a little money this would be perfect for you

But for a family not so much

The view is incredible from the Geodeck. 360 views of all around Dallas. I've been able to shoot some amazing photos of the Dallas skyline from the observation deck. I've been several times to Reunion Tower and I'm sure I'll go many more times. I love the Ball!

I'm not sure if you've heard, but in Dallas, we do it pretty big. We just decided one day it was time to build a big tower with a ball on top of it. Why? Because it would look cool, that's why. (This was the 80's if that helps). So we did that and the people of Dallas rejoice, because the top of the ball has great food and views. Documenting the many moods of the ball also provides a living for quite a few of us local photographers and media producers :)

Beautiful view, even better at night with the city lights! Parking might seem like a hassle, but there is a spot behind the tower.
It's a nice view of the city, you can get drinks and buy food if you like. The nice restaurant is a little expensive, but if the cheaper one isn't rented out then that's a good spot to eat at.
Pretty nice spot to visit.

One of an experience not be missed. Was lucky to visit this place during my first visit to US, and was worth all the money.

The glass elevators taking you through the skylines and being explained of the heights we are at, was fun. The interactive videos and screens take you back in history, good learning g for kids and for me too.

The revolving tower as such, is a must visit, to see the topography change across the city. One would see huge modern building and the next minute end up seeing beautiful open landscape.

Food was decent, staff extremely polite and friendly. Don t miss their Souvenir shop. Their collections are most haves.

Whoever thought making patrons stand in line, McDonalds style, to place food orders at Cloud Nine restaurant should be FIRED! The lines are long, the servers frown and food prep is SLOW. 30 minutes for a burger, chicken sandwich and a grill cheese sandwich . With drinks and a cupcake, the bill was $$49.19. When the food finally arrived, the $2 crispy bacon was severly undercooked, sandwiches cold, dry and over cooked. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever encountered! But... The views are SPECTACULAR!

This place is a money gimmick. Bad service. No signs out stating that the upper levels are closed. We came to eat....payed....went up just to find out that they are closed. They need a sign in front when you pay or at least have the staff tell you when purchasing your ticket

OMG just stuck in the elevator like sardines going up and down with out the doors opening 3times! People's nerves were shot in my elevator group. Then we were like rats in aamaze desperately seeking a way down from the tower when security yelled at a traumatized person our group. He wanted to take the stairs so bad. We all did. Instead of saying they were sorry we had to wait in the back of the line again to take the one working elevator down. Another 30 minutes!!!! Not worth it the money. And not a very tall building.

Really good food and makes an amazing place for a date with your loved one. Expect to spend a lot but know that the food is amazing. We had the lamb and it was really good, it melts in your mouth. Appetizers are well worth it as well, just make sure you have room for dessert. Might want to share one dessert if you are almost full as the desserts are big.
Oh and make sure to make a reservation ahead of time, maybe 2-3 weeks before because spots get filled up fast.

Incredible views all the way around. It's a bummer that the bars around the sphere at the top get in the way of pictures (nothing you can do about it, so it's okay!) but it's an amazing way to see Dallas. I loved that you can email yourself the picture you take at the photobooth at the bottom!

The view was amazing and the staff were pretty helpful in guiding you around. There is a lot of electronics so you don't get bored. My friend and I went too late so everything else closed for food and souvenirs, but I got pretty decent photos and the penny presses.

Amazing view of the city, but not much to do up there than looking at the view. I bet the best time would be during the evening with all of the beautiful lights of the city. I would highly recommend going to see Downtown Dallas from the Geo Deck!! Gabby V and Jody Lee both helped to make this experience for my wife and I absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and informative, we would highly suggest going here and don t forget to say hi to these wonderful ladies!!

Loved it

Very cool way to see the city, especially at night. However, it's very confusing as to which place to enter and the staff was not very helpful. We ate at the restaurant up top, Five Sixty (which you need reservations for.) There is another restaurant with a more casual setting, however.

If you look at the Reunion tower from outside at night, it looks so beautiful and so colorful. I wonder how it is from the inside because of COVID-19 I wasn't able to see it from the inside and I just moved.

At night, the view looks amazing. The downtown area, and city limits are lit up and it's absolutely beautiful. It's a very romantic 360 view from the top of the ball. And they do very well with social distancing.

I love this place, no doubt my favorite in the city, you can climb and take chillingly incredible photos, besides you have that feeling of freedom while admiring the city from another perspective

What a fantastic location! We were at 5 Sixty restaurant, the service was great, the drinks and food were awesome, the view was breathtaking. I wish I would've taken a few pics, but an overall great experience

This was a great stop in Downtown Dallas. It has some amazing views! Make sure you bring the family or friends and cameraa because there is a lot to see from the top of the tower. It is fun, safe, and great for anyone of any age. Of you are in Downtown Dallas, this is a must.

It was an awesome experience. I definitely recommend going at like 6 or 7, basically in the late afternoon so you can see the sunset. Like another reviewer said, it's like getting to go at night and during the day for the same price. The revolving cloud nine space is great also. My wife and I just sat there for about three revolutions before we had to leave because they were closing. It's super relaxing. And the information about JFK as well as the interactive map are pretty neat.
