Grossly over-priced and just OK at best. The $18 ticket price was bad enough, but It really rubbed me the wrong way that they add tax on top of the stated price (an additional $1.49). Most attractions like this (JFK Museum, etc) have the tax bundled into the price, so what you see is what you pay. It cost $7 for roughly 1 hour of self-parking. In summary, the "drive out" price of over $65 for parking and tickets for 3 was just not worth it. In my opinion the experience was worth maybe 1/3 that amount, at most. On the plus side, the employees on the observation deck were friendly and helpful, but I won't be back.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to notify the public that the cafe, which is the first level to rotate, is only open on weekends. I've been to the tower before, it was beautiful. But I was very disappointed to pay $17 a ticket to stand in a open room with nothing but windows. We came from New York to have lunch and an hour's rotation to view the city of Dallas. We spent less than ten minutes up there. Very sad.

Went up tons of times as a kid to the observation desk. Finally got to go to the Wolfgang Puck restaurant. It was unbelievable! Probably the best meal ive ever had. Prices are high but you pay for what you get! Cannot wait to go back for another beautiful dinner.

Food was GREAT. NEED A FEW MORE FOODS NOT OCEAN BASED. The staff ...Connor was our man of the night was fabulous. The view speaks for itself and is worth the extra expense. I have lived 67 years in Dallas and I had never been there. My daughter took me for my Birthday. Thank you...Brittani.

It has an amazing view.
I prefer going during evening time, when I can see it in light and sometime later in dark. It's a good obeservatory.

The VR thing is really good, however it's not updated with current buildings and might have some missing.

The photo booth at the start is great too.

Really cool.

Really cool.
A great place to hold parties and visit

Nice tower to see all of Dallas a must see if your in the area or if you want to go out to eat for lunch they have a really cool revolving cafe that you can go and sit and see all of Dallas wile you eat .. food was good a little pricy but I guess if your 550ft up you deserve to pay a bit more but over all was very good service was fast and most of all you can not beat that amazing view!! Will come back if I'm in the Dallas area again!!

A great 360 degree view of downtown Dallas. Was lucky enough to see the 4th of July fireworks from the tower. Save yourself some money by getting the city pass and see attractions in Dallas

Great place to see the city. Went to the restaurant, there is a moving platform there, so you just sit and it rotates you around the tower. One circle is 45 min, so plenty of time to enjoy a meal or couple beers.

The views are breathtaking. This is one of the tallest towers in Dallas. Don t look at it just come and enjoy the fantastic views and take some pictures. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful view and great service however, my husband and I couldn't help but be shocked by the extremely small portion sizes. He got the $64 (I think that's around the price) steak and it literally came with about 7 cut up pieces along with a couple of onions. I got the half chicken ($37)and it was about the size of my palm. No sides or anything just some cooked spinach. Im not one post a negative review, but I post this to give others a heads up before spending lots of money on not a lot of food. It was really nice and fancy though so if money isn't an issue then I'd say go for it.

It was definitely an awesome experience! I actually read a few reviews to see how others felt before making our trip so here I am writing mine. Lol... My 8 years old son is obsessed with the BIG ball due to how beautiful looks downtown. Especially at night with all the lights!... So we went about a week ago for his 8th birthday along with a few other fun festivities downtown and he had a ball. Lol... It's definitely something to do with family. It's a bit chilly outside the Geodeck so grab a jacket and if going during winter time, I'll definitely wear beanie & gloves. Especially for the little ones. It is cold out there! Best time to go is sunset which we did so we were able to capture a view of the city both day and night and when I tell the view at night is spectacular!!! We went on a weekend so cloud 9 was opened and we were able to grab a bite. My son thought is was awsome that the restaurant spinned and so did I. I think it's something that everyone especially in Dallas should experience at least once! U won't regret it :) Tip: Go to the back of the elevator on ur way up to the Geo deck for a great view!

I have lived here all my life and I never visited the Reunion Tower. After 41 years, I went!! I Loved it!! Awesome view! The restuarant was closed but I still loved watching the city from the air!!

Went there for the sights and dinner with family...restaurant was closed very disappointing. We should have been advised when we purchased our tickets...Valet cost, sights cost, waiting for the elevator up,and no dinner...elevator down. Sorry not the best experience for the fam.

I usually eat at average restaurants, but this is the first time I've tried an upscale place, and I gotta say, you definitely notice the difference! The food was incredible and you may find yourself inadvertently singing Opera because your taste buds are dancing. The service is also quite excellent, albeit somewhat awkward when the waiter spends 18 minutes explaining to you in detail what you're about to devour in words that contain too many syllables in alien dialect, as you sit there in awkward silence with a fake smile and not sure what to do with your eye balls.
This is one place I won't give dirty looks to people taking pictures of their food.

We visited to Reunion Tower on July 8th and taken two photos and later scanned the receipt successfully. But now we found out that both of the photos are just the background no photo was included in the email they sent. I emailed them in there given email no response!
The price is also too high and that day the could 9 cafe was also not spinning.

Took the family here for my wife birthday last night. We had a lovely time, they sat us at a table where we would get the sunsetting, table was booked for 5pm and sunset was 7pm, swe had two full rotations.
Staff were very nice and professional definitely fine dinning.
Although the prices are slightly expensive the food was great! Wish i didnt choose the half roast chicken as there wasnt much with it, i was definitely recommend the Texas Red Fish, our son had this and was quite a big dish with some great flavours(bit too much apple sauce as it canceled out the thai curry flavour a bit).
Big selection of wines! Some ranging to $2k but a good selection on lesser priced.
If you have a dessert select the Chocolate Fondo.
