Jordan McMullen is our Retriever Merchant Solutions Rep and I cannot say enough good things about his customer service. He took care of everything from the very beginning, made set up a breeze and has gone out of his way to make sure everything has been going smoothly since. I highly recommend.

Scam and lies. I have never left a bad review for any business ever. Stuck in a lease with the equipment for 4 years that I am still paying on for the last 3 1/2 years. After about 6 months I found better rates and it was actually cheaper to get a different credit card processor and keep paying the monthly lease fees of $50 than it was to keep Retriever Merchant Solutions. Don t do it.

I had a issue with my credit card processor over the weekend, my machine was very old and just would not process anymore. So I called Retriever and spoke with Daniel and she fixed me right up with a new machine and then once I received the machine I called into get it set up and the Lady was so pleasant and cheerful. She got me all set up in minutes. Very pleased.

Was lied to by the sales person, once the contract was signed never seen or heard from him again.
They charge you $8 a month for a statement that you have to go online to get. The cancellation process is a nightmare. They are still taking money out of my account even though we stopped using any service from them. I did what I was told to do , but they say we never canceled properly.

Had a problem with my credit card terminal being non PCI compliant. After making my rounds calling everyone I was told to call, I ended up talking to Bonnie at Retriever. BEST THING that could have happened!!!! She is the BEST!! She guided me through a bunch of things and then ended up calling my internet provider to get everything straightened out. She did not talk down to me like most tech support people I have had encounters with do. She actually treated me like a person!!! She was VERY knowledgeable and patient. All I can say is THANK YOU BONNIE!!!

Overall bad experience that cost our company thousands. The rep discussed a reimbursement of sorts, but it never happened. Lots of lessons learned here and we are happy to have severed the relationship.
