Good food, good people. Inexpensive food in the evening with the wife while watching your favorite sport channel.

Honestly they food are okay , but their costumer service and all sucks ... I went in for a take out and waited 50 minutes for my food. Never again !!!

They give it to u the way you want it. 3 eggs scrambled and toast and my Bacon I liked it

The food was good. Service a little slow. The thing that got me was all the ceiling fans were on full blast which made it very cold in the restaurant and also made your food very cold very fast.

Great home cooking. Takes awhile but worth the wait. Great prices. It's like being in mommas kitchen.

Good Cape Verdian service. Great food. They clean so fast that when I got up to get my food the coffee I left on my table was gone. They replaced it with no problem.

Takes forever! Never get the order roght. Also ordered a steak.. They dont speak english and dont know what i meant when i asked if they had A1 sauce...ugh and waiting an hour and a half for my food.

Waited over 20 minutes for somebody to come and clean the table off and give us menus. I asked for water and I had to go ask the waitress again as we were waiting 2 minutes before the food came out. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and they're very bad. They have good food but I will never go back in there and sit down and have them waiting on me. If I was to do anything I would order something to go. Even the people that were ordering stuff to go they were complaining that they've been waiting and waiting and waiting. Sorry it'll be a long time before I go back to that restaurant even though the food is good. Hospitality and food are two different things. And you need Hospitality customer service and good food. I work in the field over 35 years being a waitress in a bartender and it was horrible. Sorry

My son stopped by to have breakfast which the food was pretty good, but the service was kind of slow. It seemed pick-up orders were served a lot faster than in-house orders . They really need to improve on their customer service department.

The food is great, can't complain but they slack on servicing their customers in a timely manner. It's 2:30 on a Monday, there are barely any customers in here but the young cape verdean girl is not paying attention to us and the fact that we've been done with our food for 15mins. We had to go to the bar to get our check (which had been in her hand the whole time) and then bring the money back to her. When people review the service is bad, I believe it must've been Jessica servicing them

A slice of heaven in Pawtucket. It should be viewed like McCoy Stadium, or Modern Diner. The breakfast is cheap and very good. I grew up in the neighborhood and saw this property change names and layout but never lost its small town vibe mixed with the diversity of a modern society. My only issue is that they are closed one day a week, which isn t the issue cause you need a day off, it s that it s not listed. I m going today and I hope I remember to ask and come back here to fix it.

I waited over an HR and. A half for food when it came my chicken tenders was raw they took it back I waited an extra 20 min by the time I got my plate my family was done eating if they would have waited for me to eat there food would have been cold

Can be slow with service, but the food makes up for it. I like going to Rosa's on a slow morning. I love me the Cachupa gizado and I love their simple, eggs, toast, and home fries. You can even ask to double the order and it's even better. Plus, all of their food is reasonably priced. Will always return to Rosa's Kitchen

This place is really good. I've been coming here for years. They have a breakfast plate that is only $2.50! Eggs, toast, and home fries! They have empanadas for $1. So you can't go wrong.

Food is good price are very good,the only thing I feel they need to pick up the service skills.I waited like a hour for my food,and on top of that they took for ever to take my order.other then that my experience is great and I will come back again

HORRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! I sat for over an hour waiting for food, while I watched locals walk in, sit down and get their food immediately. Finally, we got up and wanted to pay for our sodas to leave. Then they say, oh it's on its way out. Guess what? Nope! Learn customer service! I didn't get to try the food, so I can't say anything about it, BUT LORD is this the worst experience I've ever had at a "restaurant".

Great local spot for food fairly busy place.parking is not the best service is good,Try the grilled chicken sandwiches onr if the best.

i've been there more than once and everytime i go it's horrible customer service i call ahead in advance for food to be prepared once i get there, they give a time and the food isn't ready by that time. they will argue with you about the time it takes to make the food and give no excuse to why it isn't ready when you called ahead, they don't deliver even tho. i'm literally as few feet away, and to top it off i'm scared there going to spit in my food everytime i go there. horrible place!

Had lipstick marks on my cup food very greasy did not eat took home so did not hurt feelings tables in level kept spilling my coffee and what 9 am serving beer ?

Good, authentic Cape Verdean food. Many traditional American food as well including breakfast. One of my favorite places to eat catchupa

I am deeply disappointed this venue would host Mr. David Norton. This was a terrible business decision especially after he tried to sue the little old ladies as Burns Manor. Norton has spread rumors that border on liable about Senator Sandra Cano too.

Norton is mentally unstable and anyone helping him should have their head examined as well. I don't understand why Rosa's would do such a thing, but this is the last time I eat at this restaurant.

Everything from the soup, appetizers and meals was delicious! We will definitely be back!

If I knew the customer service and food preparation was like that I would have cooked my own breakfast I would have saved 30 mins and how do people who arrive after me get their food first. How do you mess up corned beef hash it's beyond me it comes from a can. Also they don't know how to treat their customers.

The House Steak and Cheese was soooooo delicious, along with the fries. The mozzarella sticks were tasty. I enjoyed being in a Cape Verdean atmosphere.

The customer service sucks unless you're a relative or a White Customer!The is a 50-50 depending on Who is cooking!!
