Service was poor - asked for a glass of water a number of times and didn't get it.
Only offered kids drawing items after 25mins of being in the restaurant
Kids dough balls were inedible - the waitress agreed and gave them ice cream.
Pizza was so salty I couldn't eat it.
Would not go back!

Came off the street on a wet Thursday evening, the place was busy but they had a place for us. I would recommend booking ahead if possible!

Had the massive two person sharing pizza which was spot on! Nice, crisp base and our choice of toppings were great but you basically chose your 1 or 2 pizzas from the menu which they then super size

Other than that, great and attentive staff, and child super-friendly as well.

We always like to eat at Oscars. Good pasta and pizzas. I usually go with the arabbiata and its consistently tasty. Whilst not in December (it seems), there is usually a weekday offer on up until 5pm I believe. The lunch menu is very reasonable then.

Maybe we've been spoiled by living in London, but our takeaway consisted of:
"Italian Fries" - frozen chip shop chips
"Gamberetti Fusilli" - bland unseasoned pasta with no garlic, a few frozen prawns and a bit of green herbs on top that we couldn't taste
"Granchio Fulsilli" - vaguely crabby sauce with a few cherry tomatoes
"Prosciutto e melone" - thick cut slightly stinky cured pork with soggy bits at the bottom and some melon on the side.

Great Covid things in place but the food isn't all that. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I make much tastier pizzas at home, according to my partner (who can be brutally honest about these things!) but we fancied going out and haven't been to Oscars for a good number of years.

Watch out for the pepperoni on the children's pizza. We were advised that some children find it spicy but our server said that it wasn't at all. We went for it as our daughter loves salami and is used to eating foods with plenty of flavour. When it came, she cried when eating it as it was so spicy. When I tried it, it was almost too spicy for me and I love spicy foods!
They were very good about it and replaced it but, I'd suggest that a children's pizza needs a different pepperoni, or it's billed as a super spice so that it's clear.

Their tomato base for the pizza is really REALLY tasty and the wine selection good too. Great deals for those eating with kids. However, If you want a 'small' glass of wine at 125ml, please state "125ml" and not 'small' due to the fact the staff appear to think a small is 175ml and will serve (and charge) you that - worth noting if you are counting your units for diets or driving.

Brilliant Italian restaurant, which stands out as one of the best/ if not the best restaurant. Had a brilliant meal with a great main and desert.

Couldn t fault it for anything if I tried!!

Great family friendly eatery. The pizzas taste amazing and well worth the very very very long wait you'll have... But get a bottle of plonk, work yourself into the seat of the chair and just breath.. Lovely place for a meal, sardine starters and goat cheese pizzas are epic and the food keeps you going back for more... Cheeky tip, if like me you don't like the chocolate coated coffee beans that come with the bill... With a smile and a word or two you can get them upgraded to the children sweets

Recommended for the food, just don't arrive starving :)

We visited Oscar's on a Wednesday evening, we rang five minutes before turning up, just to make sure there was a table available. It was very busy and I think we were just lucky. As we entered it looked tiny, but the waiter took us to the back, down a short staircase, where there was much more seating. First impressions were, ithe looked clean bright and fresh, all of the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We order some drinks then had a look at the menu. We are all vegetarian and there were lots of veggie options in pasta and pizza. I would of liked to see a veggie risotto as well but that's not a complaint. Three of us ordered a pizza (all different) our daughter a ricotta and spinach cannelloni. It was all delicious and two of us couldn't finish it. The staff boxed up the leftover pizza for us to take home when we asked. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. It is reasonable price wise, I would also recommend the Melbec wine, it was wonderful. I would like to thank the staff for being so friendly and delivering a very high standard of service.

This is the worst Pizza , I have ever eaten. I got a takeaway 2 pizza's and pasta. One was a marina pizza and the other fiorentina . I had to throw the marina in the bin as the taste was unbearable, 3 of us tasted it and we all agreed. The More

We visited here for lunch as we were in the area. What a find! You have a choice of the main menu, which is large enough to satisfy the most discerning customer, or a lunchtime menu ( Monday to Friday) which has a pared down selection from More

If you love Pizza you'll like this place. Judge it on it's pizza alone as some of the decor is not up to scratch...a bit psychedelic, but the pizza is up with the best of them in Rome...Great food, and reasonably priced, would recommend.
