An absolutely delightful restaurant with extraordinary rustic Italian dishes. I had the Ossobuco which was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fresh Italian.

Perhaps they are the aftermath of a pandemic, but with great sadness I have to write this review. La Fontana was among my favorite restaurants, yesterday I went with my family to dinner, we asked to go outside but the waiter gave us the table with the sun, with more availability (there was only one table occupied), we changed ourselves. Cutlery was missing. The drinks left much to be desired, I changed the cocktail and the next one was worse, the bartender must have been someone improvising. The beer was cold, but not cold for the price. The food was fair, all the meat dishes seemed to have the same sauce and salty !!!!! . The risotto was dry, it lacked that creaminess that makes a risotto such a special rice. I do this review not to devalue the restaurant and discourage consumers from visiting it, but for the owner to pay attention to these details and my family and I we can return to enjoy the excellent service and exquisite dishes of before. Luck .

La Fontana combines its extensive Italian food menu with live music, something that lends the atmosphere of La Fontana a rollicking, cheerful and friendly vibe. On Thursdays nights they offer a ladies night, which runs from 7:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. and on weekends there are activities for children too. It is a good restaurant in Miami to share tapas with friends or family and even to have a romantic rendezvous.

I ordered a Margarita pizza and it was horrible the very bad sauce had almost no cheese and my wife called to claim they were left to send us a pizza for another day as compensation and never did.

Too greasy the food. It is unnecessary to flood the dishes with butter or oil. Expensive.

The food is good, but the Pasta Alla ruota was disappointing, hopped for more flavour and felt cold when bringed to the table, the service was sometimes inexistent, the waiter forgot about us, then retired the water before finishing our meals. The Antipasto was good, also the dessert and the pizza.

I visit the restaurant periodically. Everything I ordered have been well served. People try to be friendly. In a couple occasions had issues with the food (borders burned), however all was solved. Maybe the issues appears when the restaurant is overcrowded and/or change the shifts. Continuous improvement is the key. Good luck.

I have been in Miami for five years and this restaurant is the first that deserves 5 stars, to be framed, truly Italian, true Italian cuisine and homely attention.
I asked Ossobucco and risotto, I found myself in my village
5 star service, to be repeated without a doubt.

The food is good but once your order is brought to you, the waiters disappear, you have to be asking one of them to make you refill water or something additional you need ... it has happened to me twice.

I was searching for a restaurant close to home in the Doral area when I came across La Fontana Restaurant, and I m so glad that I decided to give it a try. The ambience, the decoration, the food, the service...everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family.

Really what I say will be little. We visited La Fontana thanks to the Jayme Bayly Show and I must tell you that it is GREAT. I had the opportunity to try a delicious Pasta with puttanesca sauce and it was amazing, my husband ate a pasta with seafood and and he said it was the best he has ever tried. Thanks for everything .

Friendly staff, the food is amazing, this time I had the Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese and my wife had the Chicken Alfredo, both plates were amazing. We followed with a Latte and desert, simply incredible.

Last Saturday on May 30th, I went with my family to La Fontana in Doral. I was inspired to pay a visit after watching countless ads from Jaime Bayly's tv program. This was the first restaurant that I visited since the quarantine started. I made a grave mistake by going to La Fontana. The food was ok, but the service left a lot to be desired. When I received the bill, I paid at the moment for the entire party given that it was my sister's birthday without realizing the errors that La Fontana made on my bill. The next day, I realized that I was charged an extra drink and entree. After making several calls, providing my information, and speaking with the manager, I was told that I would be contacted the following day. I never received said call, so I had to call again. This time they asked for my email to send me a confirmation of my refund, but I never received said email. I am upset by the unprofessional manner that the staff at La Fontana have treated me. That was the first and last time that I will go to La Fontana. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife want it to go so bad because the food looks so good, but we'll never go back:

- We said to the waiter that we didn't want any entrees, after that she Offer us the house bread, like any ristorante we tough that was free, this house bread was expensive even more that my wife main food.

- I ask for pasta a la ruota, just because when i saw the big Parmesan ruotas on the hall felt like was the best option, they bring the pasta straight from the kitchen, is the first time in a ristorante that they don't put the pasta in the ruota, this was disrespectful and felt like they just put any Parmesan sauce, i bet my pasta Never was put on the ruota.

- And third but no less; the two smalls desserts and the coffee where more expensive that the actual main plates. Unbelievable...

Felt in Venezuela all back over... Lost a client.

Horrible experience! VERY EXPENSIVE! I took my wife for her birthday. She ordered lasagna that came more like a soup. She took one bite and almost vomited. It was horrible! We told the waiter and he canceled the order after arguing with More
