An ecstasy of pleasure for the taste buds. A real moment of pleasure

Our first visit to the restaurant was just perfect the service the meal atmosphere, we went back a few months after just before the changes and we were really disappointed, the meal was fine but not the rest or so that is we had really been charmed the first time, that said, we may try a third time if madame agrees, to give a final opinion.

A perfect kitchen with unforgettable flavors, efficient staff, a pity that the drinks menu is not available at the first contact for the order, homemade sparkling water 7 50, wine is also a bit expensive but the rest is perfect . Large free parking nearby.

The place is very pretty with these small stone houses the staff is very smiling the sommelier is effective is Miss Drapeau loves what she does and finally the best for the end I thank the kitchens who served us delicious dishes as beautiful as good thank you again we had a great time at your facility

Dishes well elaborated, tastefully it remains correct service not up to the height of a two stars (two weeks ago) because there they are a star not surprising elsewhere.

The multi-course menu was an experience in a class and was definitely worth the detour.
In dignified atmosphere here are served remarkable culinary creations, a pleasure for the eyes and palate. Every dish is explained. If the wine selection is selected for the menu, a 6-course menu becomes a 10-course menu because the wine is poured and described between the dishes. Nevertheless, the wines are tailored to the food. Remarkable is in any case the extensive selection of bread that goes far beyond the classic baguette.
The staff is friendly, competent, attentive but unobtrusive. And in case the dictionary is not at hand, the maitre speaks excellent German.
The price / performance ratio is adequate.

4th coming into the establishment and we have always been very satisfied before. The dishes, the setting, the service were perfect.
However today we were disappointed for the following reasons:
- Service not up to one or two stars (forced to ask for bread, wine, water, cheese that we did not have).

- The usual show with the bread and cheese cart was no longer present.

The meal was right in the agreements and cooking but considering the previous remarks I do not think back in the establishment.

Haute Gastronomy and respect for products go together in this restaurant. It is always a great moment of pleasure to taste the cuisine of Thierry Drapeau. Moreover the service is irreproachable and of high quality. This place is a MUST for lovers of good food.

What a meal ! We came to be surprised and it was. The stars are not overused in this restaurant where creation is honored here. A special mention to the butler who knows how to put customers at ease with class!

Disappointment. Expected more creativity, service was forgettable. Drinks overpriced not refined. 4.5 hours that dragged on. They take themselves very seriously, some humility is in order.

Appetizers, Cepe reconstitutes, Duck Challans with red fruits, cheese platter and dessert ... an explanation of flavors, perfect training and service, the sommelier accompanied our entire meal with very friendly attention.

Very disappointed, for a restaurant at the time I was not disappointed by the plethora of dishes, but more by the service.
As for the decor nothing unforgettable and for my taste a lack of taste to put a lamp on foot between the guests ... And please make the electrical outlets is not very chic to eat next to a socket whose cover drift nonchalantly on the ground next to it.
As for the service I knew much better in many places:
A stingy sommelier of advice! Ha bah made you pleasure tell us it and if a council is more expensive or his role is he to open only the bottles, in the course of the meal the wine suits you it no not surely better to do.
A beautiful platter of cheeses, and if not when the waiter drops the cheese in the beautiful decorative foam, and well it was picked up without saying anything ... A small piece of nature on your plate is not serious either but must I recall the level of service expected.
The breads varied and varied a delight of discovery by cons you must love to eat on crumbs bed.
The service does not lack originality you will leave with all the information of the next vacation and the professional career of the staff and otherwise the services ...
