Perfect stay, a pity that the hotel is not at the seaside

Very warm welcome, very well located hotel; a haven of peace, and comfort, very appreciable despite the downpours ... the curfew and other celebrations due to the Covid ;-( !!! Excellent table, impeccable service. We warmly recommend !!!

We will certainly come back as much for the remarkable welcome we received as for the charm of the place and in particular of its trees. I was able to enjoy the heated swimming pool in this exceptional setting from October 26 to 28, 2019, without suffering the usual inconvenience due to chlorine dosages as we often encounter.
From our arrival we were the object of many attentions which make that one has the pleasure, to stay in this exceptional place in particular thanks to its hundred-year-old trees.
The stay was excellent and until the departure everything was done to allow us to take advantage of this Luzian getaway. Thank you everyone and especially the hotel manager, we will definitely be back.

We stayed a bit by chance at Victoria Park, a superb address! The welcome is attentive, the high-end services, the decoration art deco is beautiful, the heated pool a marvel. The staff is warm and discreet. We dined at the restaurant tasty and very harmonious dishes. Parking is a plus. One regret: not being able to stay longer. We will definitely be back in this oasis of calm ...

We spent a very pleasant time in this hotel. We enjoyed the independence of the room, take our continental breakfast (very rich and delicious) face to face on a private terrace. We relaxed by the pool and in the jacuzzi.
The staff is very welcoming and professional.

Very nice hotel in the calm of the city center, decent room with a small veranda (strong point), impeccable room service.
A sumptuous dinner, the chef deserves his star, just a comment, attention to the balance between lamb and liquorice.
The room service is a little too much unfortunately, you have to relax guys, stay more open, smile, never forget that the GM is there to sign the check at the end of the month, but the customer is there to pay it !!! Fortunately the sommelier understood everything, discretion and humor and a great smile, it's nice to see !!
I allow myself to finish my commentiare with the chef, Yes it is well worth a Michelin star !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! Great job the kitchen team, continue to keep the niaque and you will get your etoileeeeeeeeeee.

Magnificent establishment. An exceptional setting in a peaceful green setting. The staff is attentive and remarkably kind. A superb restaurant an excellent meal for a more than reasonable price. Deserves a real visit to the Michelin guide so that the level of this cuisine is recognized at its true value.

This magical place completely disorientates you (you are in the city .... and this magnificent garden makes you travel .... it is a reduction of the earthly paradise. To this is added the delight of the palate. Everything was perfect.

a perfect stay. The hospitality of all employees were faultless, not to mention the boss who returned us very nicely to the station. I recommend the restaurant (excellent) and the sommelier very well advised us. the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the impeccable sauna. The rooms (we were upgraded) so a nice junior suite (lovely, spacious, and small indoor and outdoor patio, hot tub ...) perfect. Breakfast with very good bread of different kinds and excellent pastries. the proximity to the beach and downtown in 5 minutes walk so very good location of the hotel. I want to thank the whole team for the pleasant and unforgettable stay in your hotel. Also, a big thank you for the little attention for my birthday.

We very much enjoyed our short stay in your hotel and particularly appreciated the Art Deco features througout

We also enjoyed the garden and pool areas and our room was very comfotable and the only regret was that our stay was not longer

Overall the hotel was very quiet and peaceful and the only criticism we might make was that as a 5 star hotel we felt that tea and coffee making facilities could be provided in the room but this was only a very small criticism

I have experienced hotels of all categories, including the best. The Parc Victoria hotel will remain in my memory as exceptional, as well by the reception, the setting and the restaurant. Worth a detour

Beautiful place, you stay in an art deco museum. ..Spacious suites. beautiful heated pool 5 minutes from downtown. The restaurant "Les Lierres" a plus; superb refined cuisine and imaginative for a few Euros more than the tourist trocets downtown where you lose time and money ... to recommend without reservation.
