Hello all. We were a weekend away. And we thought we would go for a nice wok but it was not nice and nice ..
First of all we get a table number and we just have to figure out where that table is .. (not being able to find it is naturally difficult if the tables are not numbered) staff asked what is totally not customer friendly could also find it with difficulty. Secondly, the food that was prepared for us on the baking sheet was still raw, so in short, not to eat! Cold fries ect .... so dear people this is not recommended. And I have something for the staff. Be customer-friendly with your customers. Help your customers to the tables. And do something about the staff in the kitchen they all want too fast.

Tis I love shrimp .... The atmosphere is nothing. The lady behind the counter may take a course once; how do I receive customers so that they might come back. According to my friends, the desserts were not all fresh.
I stick with the shrimp were delicious, that is something positive.

Day Scheveningen and then conclude with a nice evening wok. Even as a Rotterdammer to do well Great thing. Good food and a nice atmosphere.

Have eaten here with my wife. We had a nice evening. The assortment is varyingly good and average and the taste was excellent. The presentation of the food may be a bit tidier. Hygiene also needs attention as can be read in other reviews. The men toilets were also largely blocked and filthy during our visit. That is a downside.
Furthermore had a great evening and still had a good meal!

Many types of meat, seafood, vegetables, small-sized desserts and fresh juices.
Remember to don't leave full plate on the table, because if you go away from the table the waiters will take your plate.

It tastes like nothing. NEVER MORE THERE.

Cooks are grumpy, they pull the plates from your hands. I go to Food and Zo, Royaal Palace with my family. NEVER Experienced. I NEVER GO MORE TO THE GOLDEN WOK at zuiderpark. I went with my cousin of 3. Child does not eat anything. I have to pay for him, otherwise they have no overview who is coming. Again NEVER NEVER MORE THERE.

This is fairly large establishment. Chinese owned. At the reception you have to say how long you expect to stay for the all-you-can-eat buffet as that determines the price you have to pay. For alcoholic beverages you need to purchase coins More

The service is good, the food is good, the selection is good, the price is good as well, but the restrooms were awful.

It is busy but you can eat well and for a low price. Plenty of choices.

Come here more often. Massive, but the food is otherwise good and very varied. In short, plenty of choice. Staff room very friendly and helpful. Staff at the wok and teppan yaki less.

Much of the food that was in the bins was cold when we said it was stirred with a spoon, which of course does not solve the problem

I highly recommend. I have been to many such places but it also has fruit a lot of sweetness and drinking for the price and that's a big advantage.

Nice to go wok together, very wide range on the menu, excellent replenishment, friendly staff, good parking.

Had a great meal there! Very effective system with paying upfront and only buying tokens for optional alcoholic beverages. Wide variety of food in the buffet, suitable for a lot of different people. This seemed to reflect well in their clientele, which was very diverse.
Hosts and waiters/waitresses were kind and obviously working very hard.
Location is easy to find and very spatious. It reminded me of eating in Hong Kong in terms of the food served and the sheer size of the place, along with the effectiveness of the staffing/billing system/everything else.
My wife and I had our first meal without the kids present in a long time, but we will be sure to come back WITH the kids very soon.

Despite the large choice of foods, the hygiene is not very high. Had multiple plates that were dirty, floor was dirty, oil filters above the grill are dirty and many more to mention.

The restaurant has plenty to offer. Not recommended if you want to have a nice evening out, because everyone is bragging about everything.

Last summer with the 20 euro action, reasonable to do. What more could you want for 20 euros?

If you come from Rotterdam and you know Idols: this is about the same. Only bigger. Sushi was not to eat, dishes half-hot .. Well orange juice machine, so nice and fresh and plenty of other drinks in fridges. Coffee machine produces non-tasty coffee ..

It used to be better quality food and so much has changed we went with a group on Tuesday and many things were disappointing and what was not good and fat dripping out of the noodles and can mention many things, but it was a shame that our money was a pity

After years again, upon arrival had an exchange of words with the cashier. We were with large company and one part wanted to pin and the other part cash, so this was not possible. Either cash or pin everything ... what nonsense. Cassiere was not at all willing to offer a solution. The buffet is limited and very lukewarm. The water troughs with ice cream scoops were NOT to be seen. Once but never again.

Really nice place, my favourite. Great choice of tasty food for all tastes - sea food, rolls, meat and fish, desserts, ice cream and what not! The place has been renovated and got even better in interior and menu. Unlike many others the restaurant is big so there is enough place to sit comfortably and air to breathe. They also offer different discounts, for example, you can come on your birthday free.

Food is cold. And it is not tasty too. Was soon ready there. Maintenance is also bad. Offer is not really that much either.

Shame about a dirty toilet and no soup to wash your hands.

What a rotten place !!!!!!

I have been there twice and after the second time never again !!!
It is always super busy so you have been waiting for an hour alone. Nothing will be neatly added until you indicate it.
We were eating properly until the manager suddenly came to our table to check (food) for waste according to them. You pay 30 euros and on top of that, checks are also carried out while you are there to recover from your busy day. The staff are not very polite !!!
But when the Chinese manager sat at our table, it was really unappetizing to see

How bad this restaurant has gone. What a letdown. It is that I was invited and could not / did not want to escape it, but this is certainly not recommended at the moment. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are dirty. Empty plates are not removed. Tables are cleared bizarrely late when the guests are gone. Waiting staff are more concerned with each other than with the guests. Food is played along by children and is touched and put back with the hands. Staff stands by and looks at it but does nothing. Was really the last time for me unfortunately. A pity, because this was certainly different in the beginning. But otherwise judge for yourself ...

Wow! All you can eat Chinese restaurant, vast array of foods to choose from, can get very busy at times, the food is very good quality, don't expect much conversation from the chef's though, well worth a visit.

The food was alright but could be better, yet I'd rate it fine because of the decent price and food variety.

Already grubby ... badly refilled and badly cleaned up. Toilets filthy. Food okay and fresh.

A wok restaurant where I have been coming for business for years. Unfortunately the quality has decreased.

Large restaurant, food was doable for an all you can eat

Been there with family, unfortunately when we walked with our food to our table, the flies came, it became more and more, we asked for another table that was not because we had a pram with us. The case was virtually empty due to the heat wave. The fish tasted strange so we quickly stopped eating, we asked for the plates and yes the flies disappeared immediately. At home all night walking vomiting and diarrhea. For us never eat there again, lives dangerous. Beware!!

To start with, I came in with some friends, we walked through a corridor of 1 km full of paintings of naked Chinese women. I was shocked when I saw gambling machines everywhere in that corridor. Then the fries that are deadly salty. Then the toilets that are rarely cleaned, it stinks to look like 5. I only went after the disabled toilet when I was knocked on the door in the middle of my toilet break to get out. Just tap 12.50 as a fine because I was there. I only had a few salads that were rotten and weak. Cook was rude and didn't speak Dutch well. A beautiful tent if you want to arrive 5 kg after an ice cream scoop. Those things are full of fat. Top restaurant! Food is delicious. Many choices. Staff is very friendly !! You can see that you are doing your best to satisfy everyone with your good service. I regularly come here with my family and it is always fun. Despite all the criticism here on social media, there are an incredible number of people who reserve with you. There are always points for improvement, but you also do your best. Summer promotion is absolutely TOP, affordable, and delicious and quality food for everyone!

Very large variety of food. Due to the large variety nothing really stands out. The food is prepared decently and is good value for money. It's a good place to bring kids as even fussy eaters will find something to eat. They have pizza, shoarma, sushi, wok, you name it. A little bit of everything for everyone. Usually very busy, so not recommended for a romantic quiet dinner.

A nice place for unlimited food buffet. Drinks are also included. Food variations are big but they are average quality. Better sushi can be find in other places but not in lots of places you can find this many varieties

The first time I've eaten in this wok restaurant with family and this is really a food shed. And certainly not a good one. The floor at the part where drinks can be bought is very sticky. In addition, the Asian food is not very extensive. The environment with the soups and bread is not clean. The stir-fried food is very greasy. Not everything is fresh either. In addition, someone received a warning, because not everything on the plate had been eaten. We had never experienced this anywhere before. We are customers here and do not eat what we do not have to. Then you shouldn't do "all you can eat". And we told this to that attendant on the way out too, and she couldn't understand it. She thought her warning was good and couldn't get our tip properly and got angry at us. In short, not customer-friendly. They will not see us again for the time being and I hope that more people will follow these tips so that they can improve their restaurant.
