Restaurant 101 in Mocksville, NC is super delicious! My husband and I love to come every chance we get! They have delicious Filet mignon Steaks ! Fried pickles and Onions Rings are scrumptious! If you love craft beers ~ mixed drinks , they have tons to choose from :) Our family has been coming for several years to this wonderful restaurant. They have multiple seating, with indoor and outdoor seating. You can also dine in for lunch or dinner. So give Restaurant 101 a try when your in Mocksville, NC!

I absolutely love this place. The teriyaki chicken is absolutely delicious. Every appetizer is awesome. The atmosphere is great and the service is top notch.

Unfortunately, the wait staff forgot about my friend and I. We waited about 15 minutes and were going to leave, but due to time we reminded staff we were not seen yet. The food was good.

Just bought 4 gallons of sweet tea for a group. Owner wandered around and totally ignored us. I asked cashier about a sleeve of cups and owner barked out, $5.00! I just spent nearly $30 on tea and that s all she could say? Been there before for lunch and enjoyed food and people. Not sure what her problem was!

I had the special that night which was an 8oz sirloin topped with shrimp and sauce. The food was good, especially the mashed potatoes. I would have liked a second side, other than a roll, included to make the meal more complete. The desert was a slice of cake for $4 which is a pretty good deal these days. The restaurant was crowded, but I especially liked the fact that no music was blaring so you could still hear your partner speaking, a rarity when eating in public these days.

While visiting a friend, he suggested this restaurant. I had low expectations, but I was very surprised! The food was fast and perfectly prepared, and the wait staff was awesome. I highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the Mocksville area.

Went here for the first time. It's such a quaint place on the corner of the main street. The food was delicious. I ordered the steak sirloin salad and will probably order it again! The perfect size of steak cooked medium well with a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating with umbrellas. Really enjoyed eating here. I'm still looking for something that's not ridiculously good here. Burgers are the best you'll find. Fried pickles, cheese fries, homemade chips, and today I tried the meatballs and swooned just a little. Good grief with the food here. The service is fantastic and the prices are great as well. Try this place once, I dare you.

The food was ok. Not bad but a bit pricey and I found a hair in my pasta salad. The waitress only offered to bring more pasta salad.

Plain and simple food, limited ingredients and customization options available. Some items not available during lunch. Small to average portions for the price. Good bar drinks selection though but I felt the food was lacking in quality. We had to wait quite a while for soft drink refills during my only trip there...

Best fish I've eaten in the area! Perfectly breaded and seasoned like you are at the beach eating it fresh! Cold beer, great variety. Staff is super nice and friendly! My new favorite place to dine!

First time here tonight. Service was terrible, food was just OK and took an extremely long time to come out. We both had the garlic bacon burger which was way too salty, too much garlic (we didn't know it was possible), and too much mayo. Had our waitress come back more than once I probably would have sent it back. Waitress was nice but only came on occasion, never brought us any more napkins that we asked for, and only checked on us right after the food was out. Not a place we'll go back to.

I don't know what's happened to this olace. Last couple times have been bad. Last night we were drowning in grease. I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. They used to be good. This time, the fries were so greasy. Shiny and limp with grease. I should have said something to the waitress, but my husband didn't want a scene, so I didnt. We ate some of them. Last night we both had upset stomachs from the greasegrease.
The 7.00 burger used to be a decent size burger but now it's the size of a $1 McDonald burger.
Get your act together, 101.

Amazing food and great service. We ve eaten here for lunch and early dinner but we were running late tonight. Like I said AMAZING food but get there before the wait staff get hammered with their regular customers. They re very loud and allow customers to smoke in the doorway... which is great if you smoke, but if you don t enjoy cigarette smoke, not so much. One waitress was laughing/ screaming / cackling so loud it literally started to give us headaches. Outside, a Drunken customer accidentally spit on my daughter as we left and another drunken customer was loudly using racial slurs to another. Sadly, Not a family friendly experience. But we will be back- for lunch.

Absolutely loved it! I've been here about 3 times for lunch with my grandmother and brother and the food is amazing! It has everything from burgers to steaks and chicken. If you're a fan of sports bars I recommend this place it has TV's all over the place so you won't miss any of the action! My personal favorite entree is the grilled teriyaki chicken breast, amazing restaurant with great and friendly staff.

Good food. Good physical service. Some of the waiting staff have bad attitudes, but I'm not concerned with that. That's their problem. Not mine.

First eats in NC. Seated immediately, waiter had a menu at me just as I settled. Grabbed a (great) beer and an incredible burger (the "Garlic Bacon Burger") for <$15. Will be returning. Repeatedly.

Place has great food! My biggest complaint is the last few times we have been there that the service has not been very good we have had to find the waitress to get our check, however I would still go back just allow more time to get served.

Fries and crab dip are good on our visit porkchop sanwich was tough and the meatloaf has onions in it after we asked spacificaly about it

Traveling from Indianapolis to Winston Salem,NC. I saw this place and decided to stop in. I had the fish and chips, I t was great!

Food is amazing!! I had a buffalo chicken wrap with hot chips that was great. The person I was having lunch with had a catfish platter that was served with slaw and onion rings. The onion rings were delicious. Very generous portions!!
I drove 30 minutes and it was well worth the trip!!!! It is a must try

Consistently rated best restaurant in Davie county. Great atmosphere located on mainstreet in downtown Mocksville.

Had only 30 min to eat. Waitress was quick with SPECIAL and it was delicious.

Located on the mainstreet of historic Mocksville, it has a quiet, rustic small town feel with all the American staples. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and even brought out the food for our rambunctious 3 year old first. The portions were more than adequate and the food was delicious all around. Plenty of free parking near by. Kid friendly. Great all around experience.

Ate here for lunch yesterday and had absolutely terrible service. We sat outside and when our server came out to take our drink orders, she didn t even address us. We had just sat down so we didn t know what we wanted and we asked her to give us another minute. She took 10 to 15 minutes to come back and during that time we saw her just chatting with other servers inside. She finally came back and took our orders, still not being friendly at all. And when our food came out we didn t see her again. My boyfriend had to go in twice to try to get our check and she brought it out didn t even apologize for the wait. This was my first time eating here and my boyfriends second time and it was no better than the first. Definitely will not be back. Don t go to this place if you re not dressed up nice because you will receive nasty service! There are far better places in Mocksville to eat with better wait staff!

Restored, vintage building with a cozy atmosphere. Multiple televisions allowed for easy playoff viewing. Staff was polite and attentive. We ordered different items, salmon and a French dip sandwich. Each dish was a large serving and delicious. Thank you for a nice evening.
