got a job offer from them. Trained by a female and she wouldn't go inside a building we were supposed to go to. I did the whole thing. She was a supervisor getting paid more and doing less. One time I had a shift where I did 12 hours for 2 days in a parking lot undercover. Long story short, I only got paid for one of those days and they refused to pay me for the second day. My checks were ALWAYS short. If anyone here reading this works for taxes in anyway I suggest looking into them.

edit to the owners reply- this was around 2015 bud, and yes I was training to work mobile. The fact you don't even have records on me just shows how unorganized your company is. The female was named Suzanne and I bet Dan is still working there. but how would you know? you are very disconected from the workers there, I never saw you there once when I Was with your company for 5 months. The only time I would see you is at work events like bowling.

very POOR customer service. On Nov. 22, 2018 I got 2 parking tickets a couple of hours apart in my building parking 216 Viewmount dr. The property manager call to cancel them I though so. On Dec 21 I received 2 notices from the city of Ottawa. I called your business and I was told to email you with the information I got a form letter back very quickly.the fines are due tomorrow Jan 9. I started the routine all over again with the same letter. The worst is I can't talk any one responsible

This company "patrols" our building and by "patrols" I mean most of the guards swing by when they feel fit.

The ones that come for ticketing people in visitors parking LITERALLY watch people park, walk into the building and then issue them a ticket right away - this has happened TWICE now to people who are visiting me.

This is an apartment building, by the time people get inside and upstairs so I can register them it can take 10-15 minutes.

The ONLY positive experience I have had with this company is with ONE guard in particular who actually seems to take her job seriously - the rest seem to just be police academy drop outs/failures who couldn't get on with the police force and the only joy they get is writing tickets for senior citizens THREE minutes after they park and probably had it being typed up before they were even out of their vehicle!

This is the worst company of all time. I got an interview about a week ago and as I was walking in their office, the first word that came out of the recipient mouth was to shave my beard. I asked why and her response was that on Sikhs are allowed to have a beard and work for them. I responded by saying that I am Muslim and that having a beard is part of my religion as well and not just Sikhs. I was really surprised by how they treated me. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me to go apply to the other security companies out there

I have been working with Response Safety Security and Investigations for more than a year and I really appreciate the company's effort and contribution to the growth and development of the employees. Everytime they just call for interview and never hire. I went for interviews thrice but at the end they always excuses to hire you while making excuses like we are looking for full time or something like that.

They lie against employees which Is why they run from them once they get something better. My colleague I referred there was discriminated against and they all took sides to cover it up. I am still here because it pays the bill and doesn't conflict with my studies at college

Brandon, a security guard with Response Security while on mobile patrol route encountered me in a distressed situation. When making initial contact with me he was very professional and polite and once we determined the issue at hand he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my safety and well-being were his top priority. If it weren't for Brandon I would have been in for a nightmare of an evening however because he was there the outcome was positive and I was able to be on my way securely without any issue. I believe Brandon should be commended for his actions and recognized within the company for his initiative and professionalism while on duty. I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to recommend Response Security to friends or family and if I were ever in a position to hire a security service I would consider them to be my first choice, without a doubt. Not happy with this agency. Received a parking ticket even though I registered with this company to park for the night. They won't do anything about it even though its their officer that made the mistake. Calling and sending emails got me nowhere. All they said was take it up with the city. Now why would I book time off work for a 70-100$ ticket? I'm better off paying by phone and not missing work. The city scammed me this time. Hope it doesn't happen again. Recommend better training to the parking officers.. probably handing out tickets left and right to meet a quota.

Edit- The "owner" that replies to the reviews should be fired. Unbelievable..
