Not happy with this agency. Received a parking ticket even though I registered with this company to park for the night. They won't do anything about it even though its their officer that made the mistake. Calling and sending emails got me nowhere. All they said was take it up with the city. Now why would I book time off work for a 70-100$ ticket? I'm better off paying by phone and not missing work. The city scammed me this time. Hope it doesn't happen again. Recommend better training to the parking officers.. probably handing out tickets left and right to meet a quota.

Edit- The "owner" that replies to the reviews should be fired. Unbelievable..
