We had fun!!! It s not a huge place but very nice to spend a weekend. Slots were fun. 24/7 bistro was nice. Lotus had good food. Top Gulf wasn t open late at night. Check in and out went smoothly. Nice rooms!

Hotel is beautiful. New, modern, and impressive. Great hotel amenities. Rooms are first class. Yet, at $400 / night, not worth a second stay. Casino shopping is very small and could use could use an ice cream shop. Much more going on at Mohegan Sun. Feels more exciting there.

Room was great. Corner Room on a high floor has a beautiful view. But, No room service and they don't clean your room every day. You can't get anything to eat after 2 a.m. The info on the TV in your room is incorrect. It basically says everything is open and list all the hours but it's not true. All the stores and restaurants I reduced hours but no one knows what it is . My wife wanted to hit the spa a couple times during the week but they're only open on the weekends and you need to book it ahead two weeks in advance. I understand all the problems that were having with covid-19 but, they should update their information. They've had plenty of time in the past 2 years to do it. I find it misleading.

I booked a reservation through orbitz.com. I am aware the room was non refundable. I had to cancel the reservation due to my partner being an essential frontline worker. I cancelled the reservation 20 minutes after it was made. I contacted orbitz and asked if they could make an exception and issue a refund. They said it was up to resorts to approve it. Resorts denied it. I emailed resorts also and got no response. However when I contacted orbitz a second time and was put on hold for 15 minutes the lady came back on and said she spoke to the manager at resorts and they have been in contact with ne. I received no email from resorts. So I emailed them a second time and still no response. I asked that resorts could have empathy for two essential workers who have been working non stop through this pandemic and issue a refund for the non used room. Shame on resorts for not contacting me and ignoring my request. You have now lost a customer for life. Joanne

First and foremost resort world Catskills is one of the best casino I ve ever been. they treat you right it s like you don t never really lose any money because they give so much back so long as you re playing with your players card and move up you keep getting more. The food is good the workers Are wonderful they have a lot of slots machines but the live table are where it s at if you love playing card I recommend anybody to go check it out and see for you self don t take my word .

This place was extremely clean, everyone was very attentive and friendly. Fun atmosphere for my 40th birthday! Had a blast from the spa day, down to the drinks and dinner. Great casino games as well and lovely room with a HUGE bathroom. Will be returning! The only thing we didn't get to do is swimming, but we just didn't have enough time!

Very luxurious and relaxing. The 24/7 food court hit the spot for breakfast. Highly recommend the country fried chicken, biscuits and gravy. The Lotus Chinese cuisine was delicious and ample. The live manned gaming tables are a treat.

The room was very large and nice but it stops there. The room had a funny order that would not go away. The remote was missing from the room and had call them to bring a new one up. The safe in the room was broken and they couldn t fix it. Thankful I also bring my portable safe with me.
The carpets had stains in them and the bathroom counter too was stained.
I went to the font desk and complained about the room and even told them it wasn t up to my standards. The girl at the desk was very nice and said that she would note the issue. No offer of a credit or a discount.
I am sorry if your charging five star hotel rates I should get five star accommodations and service

Place is amazing. The food is great. Steak house is insane. Love the Chinese food. People that work there are so nice. Rooms are beautiful. Lots of music and events. Tables are friendly. Sports book is amazing to watch a game
