Agent was nice but irrational. I offered to settle out my account to clear it up and they flat out refused anything less than the balance. Maybe that's why they have 1.7 stars. I'd definitely settle my account, but they won't work with me.

Obviously it sucks to be sent to a debt collector. I had a misunderstanding with billing from the hospital I gave birth & in result my bills got sent to RevSolve. I learned this from my first point of contact with RevSolve. They were very nice in explaining how to get an itemized statement for this clarification. I got this by mail fairly quickly. After receiving this statement I called back to pay. I decided to use their automated system which was very easy to follow. I noticed no extra charges on anything, as well as no extra charge for using my debit card.

Called to pay a debt that i thought was paid off that the orignal debtor never called to say "hey uh that didnt go through" I asked for a receipt for my moneys paid today. The snide associate said "well you can look at your bank statement", I said I wanted a statement for my moneys paid TODAY. She basically said go online and get a confirmation, you cannot get a reciept, then proceeded to tell me i didnt need a reciept. I'm sorry im paying a bill that I already thought was paid off once. I want a receipt just incase this magically pops up again

These folks have no idea what they are doing! they send a letter saying I have a bill and when you call them all they tell you is call your insurance provider and get the information that they won't give you - wait - what - I have to call someone else to find the doctor(s) that they won't or don't know who it is. So after almost six hours on the phone with my insurance (which now they owe me for my time more than the bill was) and then calling four doctors offices and then a hospital I find out the bill was already paid (insurance screw up) even after telling these twits that the bill had been long ago paid, they tell me I have to send proof and (THEN) they will contact the medical office regarding the bill to find out if the bill has been paid and then it could take 30-60 days to clear up. But during all that time I would still get the calls and mailings. All I got to say about this, is I hope they keep calling me - I have my police whistle on me and I'm going to use it every time they call me time until they STOP

( 1ST UPDATE) After receiving a reply regarding this review from this agency, I stand behind everything I said earlier. Read the reply from these folks and is obvious they either are not concern and/or just don't care about fixing their problems.....it's quite obvious they don't read them, first they said I spend 6 hours on the phone with the insurance company (never said that) if they would just read what was said here they might UNDERSTAND. I said that I spent 6 hours talking to the insurance and doctors and hospital in total hours. Then they go on and said for me to contact this person by phone....what name, what number, what extension. (NO NOTHING) every time you call these folks you will NEVER talk to the same person twice and the stories will always change - I.E. we will do this for you, but then the next time we can't do that, no one with that name works here and you just made that name up....now they are calling you a liar. As far as I'm concerned (well first they're a collection agency) they are paid to get money from us, so of course they're going to do everything they can to get that money any way they can including possibly lying to us just to make that happen. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, DON'T DO IT VERBALLY

(2 ND UPDATE) Now 5 days after I paid this STUPID NON bill I'm still getting calls from these JERKS. AGAIN - P A I D - and they still won't call the hospital to confirm the payment, all the say it to forward the receipt to them for review. So now I have to spend more money for a envelope and stamp because they can't or won't DO THEIR JOB. What a bunch of loosers

I agree with other bad reviews on this company. I got numerous calls on a "personal matter." When I asked for information.... they refused to provide me any info unless I gave them my personal information. I told them to mail me proof of any outstanding debt... so I could evaluate the claim. .. or something to that effect lied to me and said they had been mailed a notice to my home twice. That was a complete lie. If I owe a dime to anyone, I will happily pay the debt. Send the proof of the claim by certified letter, with a return receipt signed by me. In the interim you better not mess with my credit score. I won't have to get a lawyer. I will sue you myself. I recently had a medical debt going to collections. Being 25 years old, I am not well-versed in dealing with collection agencies. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and allowed all of my questions and verifications that I felt were necessary to make sure that I wasn t giving my payment information out to somebody who didn t need to have it. She worked with me and scheduled payments to take the Monday after my paydays so that it had time for my checks to clear and wouldn t overdraft my account. I never expected to give a five star rating to a collection agency but truly, this has been a painless experience. And I hope you guys pay your phone team well because she truly made this a not-at-all stressful experience.

Called a few weeks and spoke with a nice lady who told me that they would take 15% off of the amount due but when i called back today, a man told me that in order to get the 15%, I would have to pay the full amount by 3-16. I told him that I would not be able to make another payment until my next payday (mid April) and he didn t care. I offered to pay $500 today but since he wouldn t agree to the settled amount, I changed my mind and didn t pay. So annoying to be told one thing and then two weeks later, another thing. Please keep your stories straight.

Terrible negative minded corporate culture mangers...

Terrible negative minded corporate culture mangers employees and supervisors focused on a bully unyielding dispassionate collections mentality. The worst place I've ever worked in my 35 year career. Rampant open discrimination outright rude behavior from management exhibiting blatant clique mentality where positive happy employees where shunned and targeted and disgruntled un evolved unsophisticated employees were lauded. Abysmal office environment. Hostile atmosphere. Terrible training.

I've made two payments on an account. One in July ...

I've made two payments on an account. One in July and another last Tuesday. It has not been reported to the credit beurau and is still reporting negatively on my credit. When I attempt to call to discuss, I get hung up on. When I attempted to dispute the amount, Revsolve claimed the amount is accurate. I would like to discuss this with someone to get this resolved asap. It is really slowing me down.

Had the misfortune of dealing with this company over the last 3 years trying to dispute inaccurate data. They were unprofessional & zero help any time I contacted them, each time telling me the last representative I spoke with was wrong. I got in contact with RevSolve who confirmed the inquiry was cancelled. I then contacted Experian who still refused to remove it because RevsSolve denied the request saying it was still active. Eventually, a corporate manager from the doctor s facility stepped in. She called back after speaking with them only to tell me, RevSolve had it ON THEIR FILE for the entire 3 years that this was paid in full by the hospital charity.

Apparently, RevSolve was under the impression as someone who was low-income enough to have a hospital charity pay the bill, that I d like to dish out a few thousand for something that was already paid for.

This company is a scam, who made last 3 years a compete nightmare for me. As a young adult, this destroyed my credit score and has had a lasting affect. This company needs to get their sh*t together.
