Great product. Pretty poor customer support. Plan on it taking days to get any problems corrected. Our property has used ResNexus for two years.

UPDATE (6-10-20) ResNexus has reached out to me since my review and I sincerely think they will be trying to correct their customer support issues. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. I will see how things go over the next year.
