Terribly hard to reach and bad service. When you REALLY need them, they are nowhere to be reached. Even Resengo Belgium have to call to be redirected to yes .. a voicemail. Called again the next day and explained the situation and then heard 'no right, we were closed, you could have made a ticket'. Well, in this crisis, extra sales were lost on King's Day because the entire ordering platform was down and not even an apology from Resengo.

DO NOT! I have worked with Resengo. Pay attention! Your contract will be tacitly renewed after one year. If you as a customer nevertheless start working with another system, Resengo will block all your options. Customer service is from pillar to post. This way you will be sent from the Netherlands to Belgium and back again. They delete all your customer files for your emails and you are immediately no longer listed on their website. But you can continue to pay at Resengo, even though you are taken from everything. Resengo immediately sends a final invoice if you put another system on your website. Still bizarre, a final invoice if you are linked to Resengo for at least another year and they do not make you visible. Don't do business with it. We now work very well with Formitable, they make up for everything.
(The response of Resengo is incomprehensible. If you switch to another system you will be opposed from all sides.)
Resengo is a real disaster. The boss Dirk is extremely unfriendly and certainly not customer oriented, don't be tempted by his lies! The only thing that works smoothly is receiving an invoice. For the rest, the system falters daily. You lose turnover every week because customers cannot make a reservation, but if you report this, you will receive the answer that the customer must have done something wrong. If so many customers do something wrong, it is clearly the system. And the table planning, haha, doesn't work half the time. Helpdesk cannot be reached and answers to messages take more than a month or are simply not answered. They can never be reached by phone outside office hours (although they have an emergency number for this) and if they do succeed, the line will be closed when you complain about a problem. The comments below from the owner are simply not true. They have been claiming for a year that their capacity has been increased, but if you don't pay for quick help, you just won't get help. And if you complain too much, there is a threat to terminate the contract with the loss of your entire customer base. DON'T START IT. Oh yes and the positive comments below are largely from their own staff, because they are stupid enough to do this under the same name that they reply to messages (late) with.
We have been using the online agenda for years with great satisfaction. Support system works very well and it is no effort too much to adjust the agenda to our wishes. It is a pity to read the negative comments here, in times of lockdown it is logical that some things are a bit more difficult. As a health care provider, I regret the little empathy of people who post a review here.
Loyal customer at Resengo for more than 15 years with different things and different purposes and always very satisfied! Their service is fast, reliable and flexible and they are always looking for a solution. For me a no-brainer if you are looking for a reliable platform for your reservations ...
Very customer-unfriendly company! Not recommended. I myself am not someone who will write reviews quickly, but will rather discuss / clarify with the company .. but you can NOT talk to Resengo! Customer service leaves something to be desired and when after 5 weeks you finally have someone on the line who has some say in the solutions that can be offered (especially the business manager Dirk), only sales pitches come out, they are never in error and earn poor customer service just a 'Sorry' ... We cancel our contract and then we go to another. Don't give these money wolves a cent more!
It regularly does not work (no connection). When I recently wanted to book an appointment somewhere, a lot of information about other people just appeared. The full name and address, telephone number and detailed information of their booking. I immediately reported this to the company where I wanted to book the appointment so that they were aware of what kind of system they work with. Since then I no longer use this system and just call to make an appointment when I see that this system is being used. I don't want my data to be thrown online just like that.
