I haven t used them yet, but I am likely to use them for a new AC install and replace. Joe came by to look at my unit and assess my needs. He took the time to educate me on the options and what would be the best fit for my house and budget. Thank you, Joe!

I had initially given a 5 but have since changed my rating. The company is incredibly dishonest about the work that is needed. First guy (he came to fix a small issue) pressured me to get a subscription, said we had to install 1.5k of valves to drain the lines. Had a second guy come out and topped off the condenser with fluid and said that it's likely the condenser fan will go out. Third guy charged us to drain the fluid and replace it. Our unit did go out, bad capacitor, and we had someone else fix it. They said other than the cap it was 100% fine. Rescue Air also wanted us to pay for really expensive duct cleaning. Overall if we went with their recommendations it would have cost 4.5k. Every time someone came out they contradicted the other guys. High pressure sales tactics and lying to do more work. Find a local guy instead.

My first installation was not up to my satisfaction and I dropped them a note. Rescue Air called me first thing in the morning and sent guys to address whatever issues I had. Basically they sent three guys again and they worked 1-2 hours to address every little issue that I had. Blake was my initial contact and took the matters into his hands to fix everything and made sure that I was satisfied. The work before and after was 180 degrees. Blake was professional and knowledgeable.

I called them again to change one other thing. They came and addressed the issue and I am appreciative. However, there is one thing that feels wrong. I paid and installed manual dampers on each duct. They told me that I could control the air flow to each duct as needed with them. But when they installed them, they didn t write down which duct goes to which room. When I asked them, they told me they usually don t write them down because they come and do it. So I asked if they would come and change the damper if I needed them to, he mentioned that I would need to pay the service fee. So I am wondering, Did I pay them to install the manual dampers so that they would have reasons to charge me more in the future? To be fair, they came back to write down as many ducts as they could figure out, but in my opinion, that is something that should have been done by the installers. So if you decided to use Rescue Air, make sure you ask the installation crew to note which duct controls which room.

Chase Lowe was a really great guy. He came out to do my annual tune up on both our units. He took his time and explained everything step by step. He didnt try to pressure us on any up sales or anything. His quotes were fair and great. Was amazed at how he paid close attention to all the details with our units. The two units are very old and he was able to explain different options for us. Will be requesting him to come out again if we need any work done. 5 star rating from me.

Rescue Air did a great job for me once again. I trust the technicians they hire and send out to my properties. Courtney came out and diagnosed the issue that I was having which luckily only required a minor adjustment to solve. He was upfront with other things he noticed that could be improved or replaced (which they definitely could) but not pushy about them which is refreshing. In the end, the easy adjustment solved my problem and I appreciated not being unnecessarily overcharged for the issue. He also took the time to provide me quotes for further work that needed considering. I have used the company multiple times and would highly recommend.

Eric did the best HVAC install job I have seen. First, he took the time to mount the inside HVAC unit up higher. He added a valve and quick access port so the primary drain can be easily be blown out. He put a p trap on the primary drain. Replaced and rerouted the flue pipe so it was out of the way. Outside he took the time to put down a new pad and make it elevated higher so water doesn't sit on the bottom of the unit and rust it out. Clearly Eric takes pride in his work and pays attention to the little details.

My Experience with Rescue Air was phenomenal. Clearly I'm not alone! Just look at all of those 5 Star reviews...

Everyone from the dispatch team to the install team to the quality assurance team with responsive, polite, thorough, and speedy. They really went above and beyond in ensuring we had a seamless experience. I feel like I'm part of the Rescue Air family.

Jesus was fantastic. I called because our AC went out after 5 PM. They dispatched Jesus and he came right out. He gave me several options and really made me feel like he was helping me make the right decision. Great company, great employees!

Blake is a very respectful young man. He did a great job of explaining all my options, while not trying to push me into anything i wasn't comfortable with. He took care of everything quickly and made sure to clean up after himself.
