I am a tenant at oasis at bayside apartments in Largo, FL and have unfortunately found out it is a very unprofessional place and super unreliable. I have waited 4 months for closet doors that were promised to me 6 weeks after they measured on June 2nd. Here I still reside with open closets as the original doors were falling out, one matting my 9 year old daughter. I have lost $620 as of today in lost wages due to being here for the doors to be installed. Ironically I still sit here today waiting. I really wish I would have looked more into this place. Not happy at all and definitely do not plan on extending my lease. In fact moving day isn't close enough. 1/3 of our time here so far has been dealing with an "unfinished " and "unsafe" apartment yet have paid full rent as if I was staying in a finished apartment. It would be nice to have the $620 taken off of my rent as I lost that pay waiting for again nothing to happen. I hope this finds the President of this company and that he may not be as incompetent and filled with lack of communication! Not holding my breath tho!

The place is trashed, police activity constantly and the office staff if beyond anything I ever been involved with..
I'm in the apartment industry myself and this is not the way to run a property or properties. All I will say if people ask about property and all the issues idcome look for yourself and see..

Is this a real company? Water leaking into my apartment for over a month and no way to contact anyone from this company. Emergency maintenance number doesn't work, no response to putting in work requests on their site, no one answers the contact number on the site, and I have not received an email back from the contact form for weeks.

I have notified this company of the issue multiple times over the past month and have received zero contact or feedback. Guess they don't care about water damage to their own property.

I sent an email to the Corporate Office as a complaint, and the Property Mgr, Vicky, was highly upset about it. When I spoke to her on the phone she was yelling and asking me how I obtained the email addresses of the Regional
VP and the CEO. I told her that was irrelevant. She then yelled and told me to never email the CEO again. She kept screaming, I have an idea! I have an idea!

I m not trying to be pen pals with Mike Moses.I never have to speak with him again. However, she has a serious level of gall to think she can tell me what to do and yell at me in the process. I hate to think how she d act in person.

Their billing system had an issue with a payment. Rather than fight with it, I went to the bank and took out a cashier s check to pay rent to avoid any issues. They ve charged me $146.00 in fees from attempting to charge me rent from my account after paying them with a cashier s check. Their offices response to this was to shrug and tell me it s my fault / my problem.

They had the same response back in November when they towed my car (which still had a valid registration but the DMV had a delay sending the stickers due to the holidays.) They just shrugged and said nothing they could do. That experience cost me around $180.

Do not deal with these people. They look for every excuse to charge you fees for the most trivial things. Even their move out sheet required you to have the carpet cleaned and provide a receipt to them to prove you did so. Bear in mind that when I moved into this apartment there was severe water damage in the bathroom, heavy staining on the kitchen cabinets, peeling linoleum, and later I discovered black mold in the areas where there had been water damage.

All the reviews in the past 2 years are TOTALLY CORRECT!! Unfortunately we are unable to post pictures of this OVERPRICED DUMP ON THE ACTUAL WEBSITE!!! One star because we are forced to do so. See my Yelp review for 36 photos with more to come.
The so called renovations entail extremely sloppy paint job, ceiling seams are falling in, gaps at ceiling board and wall cuz it was cut the wrong size/uneven and didn't seal with the popcorn covering so baby roaches come in from the ceiling when it rains, cabinets were never replaced/upgraded - just painted over with black latex on the smooth surface of the old cabinets which peels more with every shower, the shower itself is caulk over black mold in the grout and the knob to turn the water on barely pulls out because they caulked it for some reaons and I have to beat it to get it to turn off, 7 tenants piled into the apartment below and other apartments, trash all over the property except up front to make believe it's nice here, half the outlets don't work/work right, NOT wood floors but rather lied to you linoleum with wood look, fixtures - ALL WALMART SPECIALS which is NOT appropriate in a $1383 a month for a 2 BR - for real I saw ALL of the toilet paper holders (plastic), light fixtures, towel racks, etc. in Wal-Mart - all cheap plastic to LOOK like steel/metal, under the cabinets they rigged just above cardboard quality cutouts with cheap black plastic border glued to it to close up the gap under the cabinets - these by the way cave in when you sweep and mop under the counters in all the entire apartment and the workers threw scraps and fast food trash under them - no wonder there was and is a roach infestation in the building(s)!!! THE CARPETS ARE NOT ALWAYS REPLACED WHICH IS ILLEGAL - FL law requires carpet replacement EVERY new tenant. When and if they do replace the carpet, they may not replace the pad like in our unit so you still have previous tenants stains, spills and pet waste odors that come up when it's musty from no air circulation as there are no ceiling fans. We could feel the crunchy/dry/hard spots under the carpet when we walked so I bought a carpet cleaner for just shy of $300 and learned the carpet was installed so loosely it rises a few inches from the suction which shouldn't happen. The pools - HA! only the one front is well maintained and the middle pool is safe haven for riff raff at all hours - even teens screwing and smoking weed before school. There are still shingles all over one area of the property from Hurricane Irma that the lawn service just keeps running over. ....Lawn service totally sucks and does half-assed job every time - there are always missed places, sidewalks and people's downstairs patios are never edges or weedeated, so called dog park is never weedeated and has overgrown the poop station -same with the fence lines of the property....
I could go on and on and on but I'm pretty sure you get the point - STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE USED TO LIVING IN AROUND SCUM AND FILTH AND BEING RAPED OF YOUR MONEY WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!

I will not recommend anybody to live here management it's not really good I live over here almost 1year I never see anything like this this is awful place to leave something broke down you called office they get mad they don't really like you to call them.

I rented an apartment in Eastport Apartments in Jacksonville, Fl. I moved out in October 2013 and am yet to receive my deposit refund. I contacted the Florida Dept. of Commerce and the Michaelson Group simply ignored that request. I contacted the BBB and received a letter back from the company stating that they would send my refund. That was a month ago. I have called and left several messages and no one from the company will return my call. Thankfully they did provide me a letter stating that it was their error so this should be a simple small claims case. I would never refer an enemy to one of their properties.

I've been living at The Park at Sorrento for 4 years. This is just because I have no other place to live for the moment. This place is located in a place where it gets flooded easily. My apartment got flooded during Hurricane Irma and they took for ever to fix the apartment. They only have 2 people to fix whatever needs fixing and of course since its a big complex they never get the job done. My air conditioner been broken for over a week and I'm still waiting. My closet got flooded because one of the water pipes broke from the apartment upstairs. Still waiting for them to fix the closest. Bugs everywhere. And is not the Complex to blame. Is Michaelson group, for not providing the resources they need to make this place an awesome place. So sad some people don't care. They only want the rent on time.

Moved out of one of their apartments in November 2018 and are still waiting for the move out statement and security deposit. Promises keep being made saying there was a slight miscommunication and it will be sent out the next business day. That s been going on for almost 6 months. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DON T RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY!!

They make her pay more than the rent and water and refuse to give a detail as to what the costs are. Do not move any where they manage at. They have no idea what they are doing. They do not even deserve a star much less be able to rent out to tenants. I ignored the reviews being hard head and that was the worst mistake if my life. My air conditioner has leaked (because they have the cheap hotel style a/c unit) that do not work properly. I have lived at on of there establishments for less than 3 months and i have water on my floor for over a week because the service is so slow and mold in my apartment. Its really awful and they do not help make it any easier. DO NOT RENT!

This Company took over The Park at Sorrento in Kissimmee and just like other that I read I too Cleaned out my Apt, I have been living in apt my hole life mind you I use to clean houses and these People stated that my apt was not clean, mind you I moved into and apt that was roach infested carpet dirty from previous tenet, They want to charge you soo much for rent for the poor quality they offer. I read all these complaints and its soo sad that nothing get done and these people are getting away with this. I live in Jacksonville Florida your apartment address 3333 monument rd and told the office 2 time about what going on neighbors in back have a pitbull with no collar or leash all the time walking around and they keep running up and down the hallway getting the sides of the Halls I told the front office 2 times about it and nothing gets done I gave up trying to talk to the office I emailed you guys and I still don't have a response from you they keep throwing trash in the yard mess with the birds they feed them red lemonade Landing throwing rocks at the birds they got did you hear older people the finger and don't respect them Everyday People upstairs above us that beat beating each other up every other night in the office ain't doing nothing about that either if I wanted meeting I want the meeting with their Michaelson group not the front office of Huntington at hidden Hills I've been here for 4 years I never complained once but it it's going down hill I don't know if you guys are letting hud back in or what been paying 1030$~1100 a month here or not but you need to get better people up front to change some stuff around the maintenance is excellent they nice people and they get stuff done but the office people not real smart

Absolute worst experience I ve ever had with a community. Millenia West in Orlando is a dump. It s terrible. Everything in this apartment has broken at least once. I ve delt with roach infestation since I ve lived here. They had to replace my entire toilet when I first moved in. Pipes under kitchen sink have come loose twice. Wall in bathtub has caved in. Anytime I try and get something maintenanced I get nothing but attitude from Nicole the property manager. And they do a half ass job. Lol I recently resigned my lease, she couldn t even send the carpet cleaner. She s so rude it s ridiculous. Where does she get off thinking she can disrespect some one, but if I confront her some how I ll be in the wrong. I ll literally be on the phone with this lady trying to explain what needs to be maintenanced in my apt and she ll just cut you off while you re speaking. I m literally in the process of coming up with the money to break my lease, like it s that bad. My kitchen faucet right now as we speak won t turn off completely, it s running. It has be for about a week in a half. My heat isn t working, last night it was 40 degrees. If I could add pictures of what my bathroom looked like I would. My lease isn t up until September but I m trying to break it as soon as possible. Already seeking out a lawyer to help me get my security deposit back. I had to put down $2000 on this dump, crooks. I will be taking you guys to court, I m so serious. There is no resolving this.

The WORST management company ever!!! I lived in Planters Walk Apartments on the Westside ( i wouldn't recommend NO one to live out there) I was a tenant for 9 years i enjoyed it in the beginning until they got new management. Mary the manager is very nice-nasty she caused me to lose my Hud voucher and put a balance on my account which has made it very difficult for me to find a place. My son and i have been homeless for almost a year my last year there was a HORRIBLE experience!!!

This management group recently took over our property. In less than one week the property is already filthy and the new manager is rude and unprofessional. We've lived here for over two years with no issues and suddenly there are unsavory characters and ridiculousness every where. Our once quiet and picturesque neighborhood has been transformed into a trashy, disgusting and unorganized mess. Steer clear of Strawberry Fields in Fort Pierce if you're in the market for a place to live. It's definitely not worth the $1000+ rent when you have to deal with this nonsense.

This company is a straight slum lord, they dont pay there venders and then those vendors dont want to come put to fix anything for 5 months I have had an issue with my air conditioner and these apartments were flooded by Irma and the didnt use any of the fed money they were suppose to....the bottoms are boarded up and I am the only one in my building...I have spoken with Corporate and visited them they have done nothing I have ducks living in the ceiling the health department told them they had 30 days ...have not fixed anything if I could afford to move I would come next year I will not be there !

I ve been living here for 3 years and I love it at The Groves . I am currently moving to a larger apartment and the staff Pricilla Hernandez and Isis Hall are incredibly helpful and 2 of the most kindest women I have had the honor of meeting . I love my community!
