RenPSG is responsible for a data breach (names, SSNs, taxpayer ID numbers) affecting a large financial firm and its clients. RenPSG then tells the financial firm's clients they may have complimentary membership in an Experian credit monitoring product. Problem is - trying to enroll with Experian does not work as stated and calling Experian results in being placed on an automated hold that seems to have no end. Great - RenPSG does not protect your information and then makes it your responsibility.
Horrible for responsiveness. Setting up the DAF account (through USAA Giving Fund) took forever and was fraught with confusing paperwork and processes. Most grant recommendations took over 2 weeks for them to process. The one I really wanted done quickly (local food bank during the COVID-19 crisis) took 3 weeks, but only because I asked USAA to go poke them. Now trying to close out my account with them; 13 days and their system still shows no progress on the submitted request.
Value isn't great either. If I recall correctly, they skim about twice as much off the top as Fidelity or Schwab.
