Isn't the first time, won't be the last. Got tailgated and then blown past by cab 726 who was doing about 50 through downtown last night. Don't understand why cab drivers think they're above the driving laws.
I've seen the drivers from this company cause multiple near accidents downtown as well. You wouldn't catch me dead in one.
NEVER SHOWED UP WATCHED HIM WHEN MY GPS AND HE NEVER GOT WITHIN HALF A MILE FOR SOME REASON HE DIDN'T WANT TO COME TO MY HOUSE
Sunday 8/2 called Reno Sparks Cab Co. at 10PM for Raleys pick up, gave address, was told 15 minutes. 30 minutes later called back, dispatcher did not know who got the call, where the cab was, put the order through again, same thing happened - 30 minutes later no cab, dispatcher didn't know anything and sounded like she could care less. Thank goodness we then called Whittlesee (spelling?) who came in 20 minutes, saving our groceries from spoiling. I will NEVER call Reno Sparks Cab ever again!!
They do not answer the phone... Waited 3 hours for a cab in Sparks in the middle of the night.. Terrible for tourists needing a ride unless you use Lyft or Uber..

Has anyone else been fired for getting the virus? My husband loved his job and the other employees. Mercy told us we couldn't feed all the workers on Thanksgiving like we had done for 3 years. Which we understood but out all that food. Then she turned around and brought food for the office workers. Jody got angry since she did what we wanted to do, except we were feeding all workers. So she held a grudge still. She used him being out due to virus to fire him. Said it wasn't about the virus but poor work. He has always done above and beyond what he's suppose to do. I bought an upholstery cleaner machine, used it once, he took it over to clean the seats in the cabs. Tell me who else would do that. Has anyone else been wronged by mercy? I want to know. Thanks.
They never called me back and I ended up missing my flight
Always late whenever I put the order in a day in advance for a specific time
