Thank you for being so gracious and responsive in assisting with replacing the basketball goal at Pacific Park. Please extend my thank you to two fantastic representatives of the city: Damon and Todd of Parks and Recreation.

I sent you a request for assistance and just 2 days later, Columbia's finest were on the scene. My son and I happened to be at the park when they were on site improving the court. They were professional, efficient and friendly.

It may not seem like a big deal in the big scheme of things but we visit Pacific park almost daily and it means a lot me and my son especially during COVID 19.

Success story. Thank you!

UPDATE #2: I got back into my account, tried to pay the bill, and now I'm getting a notification that just says the credit card processing system is not functioning. Jfc.

UPDATE: Someone FINALLY contacted me to unlock my account. Thank you!

My online account has been disabled for a month, and I don't know why. I tried to pay by phone, made it all the way through the process to the end when the automation just said they couldn't complete the transaction because they were having technical difficulties. I've never missed a payment and my card works perfectly. I can't get a person on the phone to save my life. Been left on hold for over an hour. The building is closed. Sent and email and waiting for a response. Does anyone even work there?

WORST , BY FAR THE WORST WEBSITE , PHONE SYSTEM , COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY LIFE , I'M 57 BTW. THEY HAVE THEIR HEADS IN THE SAND. HARD TO BELIEVE THEY CAN MAKE IT IN TODAYS WORLD! Got my bill in the mail and tried to pay online and there it says i owe nothing and it hangs up on me, lol. And i have a hard copy sitting in front of me with the amount owed andi cannot pay it , WOW!!

Experience was ok until this month. I called to pay my bill through the automated system and my balance was always 0, even though I had a bill. I called customer service and was told maybe it was something I was doing that was wrong (i.e putting my acct # wrong). I let them know I entered that correctly as the system reads the acct # back before moving forward with a payment. Tried to pay online, acct. was disabled. Called the automated system AGAIN on the day my bill was due and my balance FINALLY was listed. Not sure if anyone has had this experience before.

Never have I experienced such unprofessional service. The person who answered talked over me, misunderstood what I was asking, and when I tried to correct and redirect the conversation she actually HUNG UP. It took an hour to get in touch with the department and they actually hung up on me. I didn t even get the chance to ask for a supervisor, she just hung up. I cannot believe this service comes from the city.

Tomorrow makes 2 weeks that a pipe burst in my yard. After several phone calls and a request to speak with a supervisor, a city worker came out over a week later and marked the area with flags. Meanwhile the water is still running and my yard is so saturated that the driveway is wet from underneath. This is extremely dangerous, yet I m told my situation is not an emergency and there is not ETA on the repair. Media outlets will hear about this in the morning. The BBB, FTC and any other entity I can think of. If the bill was past due you wouldn t hesitate to come out and turn the water off. At this point my driveway will need extensive repair. Is the city going to pay for that?

I just wanted to share what a delightful and Positive visit l had today. Solomon came out to help me with an issue that l was having with my hot water heater. He was very respectful, kind, pleasant, and very professional at the same time. He explained in details what l should do. I can tell he took his job very serious, because it was raining constantly, but none of that stopped him from doing his job. I appreciate employees such as Solomon. City of Columbia Water Division you should be proud to have an employee like Solomon. He deserves to know how important he is to this company. Happy Holidays and have a Happy New Year in 2021.
