I moved into a property managed by Rendina Real Estate during stage 4 lockdown. Silvana was great to deal with during such a difficult period. She progressed my application swiftly and kept me up to date on the application progress. Once I moved into the property, Silvana remained highly responsive and attended to maintenance issues I raised almost immediately. Rendina Real Estate have been fantastic. If I ever owned a property in the area, I wouldn t hesitate to have it managed by Rendina Real Estate.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, deal with Rendina Real Estate. Lou Rendina is very well known (And Maligned) within Real Estate circles as an absolute low-life who will do anything to make a dollar. Use LITERALLY any other Real Estate Agent to sell or buy a Home. If you knew my experience with this dirtbag you'd think I'd made it up. If I could give 'No Stars' I would. STEER CLEAR - you have been warned...
I have rented with Rendina for what must be over twenty years and one of the staff I have probably dealt with the most is Silvana Stathis. She is always pleasant and easy to deal with, emails are answered promptly and I feel like I am looked after.Even if I just run into her in the street we always have a chat. Absolutely terrible, disappointing service. I really advise potential customers to stay away - you will not be treated with professionalism and the staff here are inconsistent and rude, especially Silvana, Wayne and James Akil.
Have already told many of my friends in the Kensington area to steer clear of this agency - your payments will be stuffed up, nothing will ever get repaired, they ignore your concerns. I can't believe someone would even employ staff as incompetent as Silvana; utterly pathetic

Rude. Not helpful. Difficult to work with. Not responsible. Don't communicate well. Have failed multiple times to action our requests for maintenance to the property we're renting.
My experience with this agency was very disappointing. The property manager for the property we were trying to rent was incompetent and failed to follow us up as to the progress of our application which we diligently submitted in advance together with all supporting documentation.
After numerous phone calls to the property manager which were always unanswered and rarely returned and follow up emails, we received a call from a staff member from Rendina "on behalf" of the property manager dealing with the property informing us that our application was unsuccessful. The property manager could not even make the call himself.
Whilst we accept the applications need to be ultimately accepted by the owners of the property, the lack of communication and disregard for prospective tenants is a concern for this agency. I had no faith that the property manager handling this property had the ability to promptly process our applications and make the relevant inquiries with the owners and referees.
Being in professional services, it is alarming that a business can operate with this lack of professionalism.
I would not recommend Rendina to anyone. It is a blessing in disguise that our applications were not successful as it would be even worse dealing with Rendina if you were a tenant. Which seems to be the case given the overwhelming number of bad reviews this agency has.
