Academically-challenging and welcoming environment; caring faculty;; growing-by-leaps and bounds music program; growing, very, well-mannered students; very, good sports program; beautifully, diverse studentbody, exciting programs for students, parents and grandparents.
Worst school ever. I was bullied endlessly by students. I was offered no support at all even though the school said they would fix things up.
My daughter has been here since age 3. She is now 10 and going into her 7th year st Renbrook. The school is like a family, the teachers are so invested in the students.
Both of my kids were in WH public schools and after a few years, my wife and I felt that they would be better served in an independent school setting. We toured Renbrook and was impressed with the diversity and class sizes. One child just graduated after 8th grade and our other one is presently still there in 5th grade.
The teachers knew both of my kids exceptionally well, working with them on the areas where they could improve or helping them achieve greater heights. They (the teachers) were accessible and responsive. The class size felt right and seemed to provide a stable and manageable setting for the teachers to work through a good amount of material each year...and without the negative of preparing for any state-wide testing.
If you aren't totally sure about the education your kids are getting, it's worth taking a tour and seeing if Renbrook could be a fit. It certainly isn't the stereotypical private school you might imagine.
This is my son's second year of school and we absolutely love it! Teachers, staff, and families are wonderful.
