Reliable Contracting showed up at my home at the last minute to make me aware I should move my car from my driveway as they needed to make repairs to the end of it and I wouldn t be able to use my driveway for two days. Luckily I was home, as my car was in my garage and I have an infant who was having surgery two days later. Had I not been home, I would ve been stuck and unable to take my baby to the hospital for surgery as there was no advanced notice.

I moved my car and placed on the street as Reliable Contracting advised me. Additional issues started when I went to get my vehicle and saw concrete that Reliable Contracting left on my vehicle s hood and window shield, which I know Reliable Contracting did as their dump truck was parked in the col de sac beside me.

I called Reliable Contracting and was advised to complete an incident report with my insurance information and personal information. This was a waste of time as no one will respond to my complaint. The front desk receptionist said Peter needs to respond and she doesn t know why he never responds to customer complaints. My insurance company has also called them several times - no response. I shouldn t have to pay a deductible for Reliable Construction s mistake. They have insurance to cover these things.

Just drove down Brightview drive and saw another person pulled over with damage due to the same manhole mentioned previously. It seems Reliable Contracting has not properly been handling this road or providing the correct signage. Gave him bob carriers information as it s been 3 weeks and this crew has still not resolved any of the issues causing multiple damage to cars due to improper pavement.

Awful people. Tore apart the road in front of our community incorrectly leaving manholes with the concrete lazily not paved down enough. Numerous car issues from multiple people and when they acted like they would fix the problems they lied and ended up saying try and take us to court and good luck with that No responsibility or care for the community people live in, don t trust bob carrier who s only interest is himself.

They paved the road in my community. They left a HUGE elevated manhole cover up for weeks. Long short story, I hit the cover & it made a small hole in my oil pan which I didn t know. I have been in communication with Reliable contracting to co-op my repairs/ I spoke to Bob Carrier (Head of Safety) and he refuses to answer any of my emails & calls. HORRIBLE customer service when I call!

They have been repaving the street I live on for a few weeks now, and personally I hadn't had a problem with them, until Friday 6/21.
So there were some guys chilling in front of my house during the work. Whatever, I don't mind that. Until the person leaning on my fence damages it. It's pretty obvious it was damaged, since the side of the one panel had detached from the post and the panel was leaning backwards. And then they all just walked away, no attempt to contact me or leave a note.
The damage wasn't too severe and has already been fixed, but I still attempted to contact the company, mostly just to make them aware of this situation so they could make sure it gets handled better in the future. I've been leaving messages for over a week and no one has called back. I even have video of their employees causing the damage, then walking off and telling someone else they didn't break my fence, which they have been informed of in my messages.

One of my first choices when it comes to getting full truck loads of raw material. Even though I'm a small company they always remember me and treat me like their biggest client.

I have seen their work in the Summerfield community, and it is of poor quality. They are also unresponsive to communications from the HOA about timelines for finishing the vast work that still needs to be done. The landscaping is a mess, which may or may not be due to Reliable's negligence, but you would think that most people are going to connect the sad state of affairs with one of the major players in the development of this community. In my view reliable is anything but - better called "unreliable".
