France please help me !!
I live in Bursa and I had an accident with my Renault Kadjar vehicle in Afyon Sand kl on 05.26.2021. On 05/27/2021, we had it towed to the Demireller Renault authorized service, located 60 km from the center of Afyon, with a tow truck. The transactions were done on auto insurance and I received it on 12.06.2021 and returned to Bursa the same day. Afyon Renault Authorized Service said the work performed is under warranty for parts and labor throughout Turkey. When I examined the vehicle on the day I arrived in Bursa, I saw that there were some very obvious errors.

1 = The bumper has been repaired and after assembly the left side is left open for about 1cm, the area of the right bumper is damaged.
2 = Left wing replaced and incorrectly fitted. This is why the paint on the wings came off.
3 = There are scratches on the door jamb, no retouching has been done.
4 = Clearance between the bonnet and the left fender.
I called Afyon Demireller authorized Renault and threw away the photos. They told me everything was normal. I opposed it.
I took Bursa Renault Mais and the service rep said the job was poorly done. He specifies that like Renault Mais, this correction work will be remunerated. I wrote to Renault Mais customer service headquarters and the decision was that I had to bring the vehicle back to Afyon, or I had to have it done out of my pocket at Renault Mais in Bursa. The 2 year warranty is therefore a complete lie. Too bad really Bursa Renault But is 2 km from my home. It would make no sense to get up now and drive 350 km from Bursa to Afyon for repairs.
So if we had an extreme point crash like Hakkari they would say drive 2000km for a little operation and get it fixed there. Like a joke. These images were shared on the Kadjar Facebook forums and the answers do not suit Renault. There is no trust. Empathy please. I am a disabled orthopedic surgeon and the vehicle is on me and I drive it myself. A disabled person cannot be tortured like that, Renault. I played junior team football at OYAK Renault football team first team for 12 years in Bursa. This Renault does not look good at all. I only ask that the deficiency be made at Renault Mais. You can settle it between you and the Demireller Renault Authorized Service. Don't reward the Demirel Authorized Service for not doing its job, but punish it for doing its job properly. Do not impose the penalty on the customer. Don't underestimate the value of the Renault brand.
If you do not help me in this matter, I will write to Renault from France and I will file a lawsuit. And I will take this question to the local and national press.
