Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel Review

Very nice place very upscale hideout for you an your bae or sneak bae lol

Pool is very clean and useful. Rooms are brand new.

Comfortable bed, but air conditioning unit was very noisy.

So let s see ughhhh... I stayed here this weekend all away from Newyork and I was breathless! I was greeted by this genuine (hot)!!! Manager Ryan from front office and he even treated me with breakfast coupons. The place is amazing &CLEAN. My room was so nice and fresh.. staff is fantastic! Even though it was busy I came to the restaurant and mr. handsome came and asked me how my stay is going what I wanted to do tonight and give me local discovers lol wanted to show him some discoveries lol but I never had this much of a personal welcome and caring vibe from a hotel will come here from here on out.

I visited the hotel on behalf on my company for a job fair. The room used was on the smaller side, but adequately furnished. What I saw of the hotel on the way to the fair was appealing. It has a nice aesthetic and appears well put together.

Facility was clean. Driver polite and accommodating. Food for the luncheon was flavorful.

Honestly the best all around experience I've had with hotel staff in my life.

With everything going on they are doing a great job of sanitizing the rooms and informing the guests

I booked a 5 night stay here. I'm glad I had low expectations coming in. The rooms and amenities are a bit run down. The blinds black-out blinds are fully black out. The beds have uneven consistency.

I think they are busy just because they are the only Marriott in the area.

Vehicle rental was very well handled. Waved an extra driver as well as not needing full tank on returning. Would go again.

Nice suite! Felt very comfortable and the 1bdrm was spacious. Amenities are okay

Visited for a accepted students college meeting. Banquet hall was nice and staff were friendly.

Decent Enough hotel. Rooms were dated and definitely in need of an update. Nice lobby. Location kind of sucks but that's the story with alot of hotels in N.J though.

Was a decent enough hotel. The staff was kind of rude at times. There was one man working front desk that was nice. Others made me feel like I was bothering them lol. Even when I was just checking in and out. There was an issue with the thermostat that I called about and the lady asked me to call back because she was busy lol. Ok ma'am lol.

A worthy "flagship" building. Feels very new, well appointed, quiet

Spacious lobby with a lot of promise as all Renaissance hotels. The bed is comfortable with great quilt. But that is where the positives ended. The staff was mediocre, not knowing their way around the points policies. The bathroom was small and old. The hallways were incredibly noisy and the walls quite thin, with pipes clanking in the walls all night. Worst night of sleep I've gotten in a while.

Unfortunately, they were fully booked so we didn't get a room. I'm rating the front desk & lobby. The staff was courteous & the entrance was inviting.

I went to a wedding at Ariana's Grand in Woodbridge in June. Beautiful wedding and the Rebaussance is a great hotel. We got 2 rooms, one for my Mom, but had I known we had a pullout sofa bed in our room, I would not have needed the extra room. The rooms were spacious, clean and the staff were very accommodating and quite pleasant. We enjoyed a great breakfast for a small charge and got late checkout. It was all good!! I would definitely use them again.

Most renaissance's have a mini fridge and a safe in the rooms, this one does not.

Rooms are very well sized, great indoor pool. Friendliest staff I've ever experienced.

Whatever you do don't come here when Rutgers is home for Saturday football. Michigan football team apparently much more valued than a silver elite member of their loyalty program. Wont be back

Great, clean hotel. Great service. Boring area but the hotel was great!

Nice rooms, great staff. Concierge lounge does a nicer than normal setup for evening snacks and has a decent breakfast. Very convenient location for my work trip and lots of things close by if you want evening activities such as shopping and dining.

Attended event for my job. Everything was fine,nothing to warrant a 5 though

Staff were so friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay there again.

Our party of 8 visited the hotel to dine at the 9 City restaurant downstairs. They are mostly known for their Peking duck. Most of the items on the menu are decent, but I don't think they're worth it for the price you're paying. The Peking duck is about average, and the soup dumplings are below average. The staff working there are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in general. Spacious rooms, and an indoor and outdoor pool. Great staff and customer service. Our vending machine didn t work and the man at the front desk said we could have two free drinks and keep our money. Spot on for this kind of resort.

Nice option, especially when their room rates drop on nights when their occupancy is lower. Great restaurant and lounge if you are seeking food or drink! The suites have plenty of space for a family too!

Attended a conference there. The continental breakfast and salmon for lunch were very good. The convention facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful.

Here on business beautiful hotel great service by friendly and courteous employees. Great pool and fitness center. Hotel has a restaurant and is surrounded by quality food restaurants as well.

Very clean rooms. Very accommodating to requests. Had a Special Needs daughter with temperature issues. I asked for an extra blanket and they bought me a heated blanket. So very grateful for it.
Ryan at front desk was very professional, kind, friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel but I attended an event at the conference center. The place is well kept and the staff is courteous too.

Everyone is so nice, the rooms are excellent, the pool & fitness room are top-notch!! Awesome location--numerous restaurants & shopping centers & all with-in walking distance...if needed.

Very easy to find. Spacious. Astheticly pleasing. Had dinner at the new restaurant inside. The prices where reasonable and the meal was excellent. Unfortunately I didn't stay the night. I would have loved to have seen the rooms.

The pool was a hot mess but not the hotels fault more like people with no education.... Or concerns of others and there families. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel. Been there a couple times. And there is a mall across the highway and stores around easy to get to major highways.

Extremely rude front desk staff refused to confirm my booking when I am coming all the way across the country. I definitely will be getting a refund and not be staying there based on that interaction

Dramatic improvement from what had been a bottom quarter Renaissance. Delta should become the conversion brand for poor Sheratons and Renaissances. Very nice pool, great breakfast, high quality TV and bed.

Beautiful place, indoor and out door pool, gym, conference rooms, also the staff is friendly and pretty Accommodating for any needs.

I had a great experience and my children also had an amazing time Diana and Rachel are very great I will recommend this hotel to anyone who likes nice sweet and great services

Nice hotel - lobby seems to have been redone recently. My room was nice and large with big windows but the bathroom was a bit of a disappointment. Tub had a couple chips the wallpaper was peeling a bit and just overall felt out of place

All the staff members were nice and courteous - provided some of the best service I have seen in awhile at some American hotels. Check-in process was fast and simple; they helped coordinate shuttle service; and they were simply genuinely pleasant.

Pool was closed when I visited but did not seem like anything special.

My room was outdated, dirty, dark, and just in dire need of help. The door was filled with scuff marks that looked like security had previously tried to forcefully open it with a metal bar; the deadlock was not working perfectly; lamp was covered in dust; and I could hear everything my upstair neighbors had to say all night long.

All-in-all I am not fond of the hotel itself and believe it to be absurdly overpriced, but I would be delighted to return for the service alone.
