Great service, very attentive and friendly. Spacious rooms.
Great service, very attentive and friendly. Spacious rooms.
Small but nice and clean room. It located in the middle of Ginza. You can walk to shopping and restaurants within 5 mins. It's also next to the subway station.
I stayed at this hotel during a week-long business trip and the room was comfortable and perfect for all of my needs. The service in the lobby was excellent and the staff were warm and welcoming.
There are various food and drink options in the lobby and lower levels of the hotel that are great for quick socializing and relaxing before venturing out into the city. The breakfast in the morning, while slightly expensive, offers a huge selection of different foods and even has an omelet station.
This location in the Ginza district is close to two train stations, and is about a twenty-five to thirty-minute walk from Tokyo Station and the Kokyo Gaien National Garden.
Highly recommended. Very clean. Wonderful stay. Will definitely stay again during trips to the area.
Great location hotel, near higashi ginza metro subway station. It is a tourist hotel and have shuttle bus to both airports. I found a book of mormon inside drawer in side table, so surpirse they supply it in every room.
Great location. Near specialty shoppes, cafe's, and mtr. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Only problem is that the rooms are quite small for 3 people and since the ac is centralized, the room can get hot during the summer. Ac controls needed in every room. Excellent choices of food in buffet and room service.
A budget version of Marriot hotel chain. Clean lobby and clean rooms. Foods are excellent. On the spot location. I feel safe walking around ginza even until midnight.
Three staff literally followed me around the breakfast buffet as I selected my food and then kept bothering me while I was eating. So much for a relaxing breakfast. There's something wrong with service in this hotel....
Good location, near the subway station. Very friendly and professional staff. Smallish rooms but with a king bed so all good! Coffee maker with complimentary pods was a life saver in the early morning.
We enjoyed our stay at this Mariott hotel. It is in a busy shopping area of Tokyo, you can walk to a number of attractions from here. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The breakfast was great. Comfortable room. The shower was hot with lots of pressure.
I actually left my jacket in the room and we left the hotel, staying just 1 night, to travel in Japan. When we got back to Tokyo, I realized I didn't have my jacket and we called this hotel and they had saved it for me. I thought that was very kind and I did get my jacket back after a week of them hanging into it. Great service!
