The location was a bit hard to find but that's mostly due to the layout of the streets. The embassy staff was pleasant and very helpful. The space available for visitors has nice comfortable seating and is heated/air conditioned. You can also read more about Switzerland and Japan relations using the magazines available while you wait. Processing time took about 1 hour or less.

Some advice for visa related: 1) the embassy is very strict on the documentations, and please make sure you have everything exactly as required on the website before you deliver the application, or the application won't be taken; 2) there is no reservation system for the visa processing, so you should go there as early as possible in the morning to make sure you are in queue for that day, even though the official open time stated are from 9am to 12pm; 3) don't try to reason, just obey. I was almost thrown out by a scary white male staff, who claimed I was "blackmailing the embassy" by trying to reason I should get a chance to be processed for my visa on that day as I was told to come to the embassy before 11:30am. Also there are other nuances like I actually ended up picking up passport in person despite I paid for delivery fee and also was told my passport was mailed out a few days ago... But in the end the result was good, and I would at last still say a thank you to the staffs for helping out. :)
The staff was so smiley and helpful, extremely pleasant experience. As a Vietnamese I literally have to take visa for every country, and so far Swiss Embassy is definitely my favorite!
Everyone's response was kind and I was able to slowly enter the documents in a calm atmosphere. I had a friendly person from the Swiss Embassy help me fill out the paperwork. thank you very much!!!
