Remine has a platform for creating opportunities. Their development is enhancing real estate technology and it s application for agents across a host of platforms. I had the good pleasure of working with the team. It s a culture of innovation with lots of talent and a very positive environment. I can t recommend their product or their people more highly. I m looking forward to watching the Remine rocket continue to soar.
What a joke. The search bar returns random results, rather than the address or zip code I type in. I reached out through the chat feature. The agent had me clear remine cache, google cache, restart the computer, etc. I wasted 45 minutes of my precious time on this. Plus, the actual data returned is inaccurate. I'm thankful I don't pay for this system.
When is the answer is to lie, it's a bad answer. I teach my children not to lie, even if it gets their desired result, but if you want to send a document to an unrepresented buyer, be aware you have to lie and that is the work-around they have posted for all the world to see like it's okay. Example, I represent the buyer in a for sale by owner contract, I want to send a really simple amendment for both parties to sign - I can't. I have to go through a whole bunch of steps after my buyer and I sign and be careful or you'll be without signatures. Then you have to lie and tell the system you represent the seller. Yes. You read that. It asks " I represent the" and you choose "buyer", "seller", or "both" ... so you are forced to say you represent someone you don't which is a HUGE NO in real estate, in order to get a signature. Be aware they keep up with what you do and there is an audit trail, so if you were called to court you have to admit you lied and said you represented a party you don't nor did. That to me is a huge red flag. I volunteered to be on an agent panel if they have one to help them out because it's like they have a desire to be great, but they are one of the hardest systems to use, the least amount of capability given to the agents. I have no ability to force a client or assign them tasks, no more assign them a checkbox or a checkbox you want them to choose, but in covid world you can - without seeing what they see - walk through them what you want them to do. With restaurants and offices closed and people keeping their distance this is the given solution. I hope they make some quick changes to undo the liability they have put on agents who want to do the right thing without lying to get their job done the most efficient way.
The system is new to me and its not as user friendly as other systems I have used in the past.. I have always wondered why when a system is being designed the end user pretty much seems to be left out of the equation. I inserted a pdf and wanted to add a text box to bind. It wiped out the signatures of the buyers. I can't tell you how many times the system insists I am the buyers agent when I am the listing agent. I have used Dotloop and Docusign in the past and never have I had so many issues.
Really, really bad experience! I am the manager of a large team. We were poised to spend $10,000 on postcards but sent farming cards to one neighborhood as a test. We received confirmation that the order was received and another saying the cards were sent. They were never sent and I have not received a response to email help requests, the "chat" feature is not a real chat but directs you to literally "help yourself" by directing you to articles. The MLS gave me two different numbers that were supposed to connect to a live person and neither number seems to be real. No voicemail and a funny buzzing sounds. Our MLS includes a subscription to Remine Pro so I am paying for it but cannot even cancel. I am livid. No postcards, no refund, no response, no live support. But Remine is the big loser because another service just got our $10,000 order.
Why isn't there just a phone number for us to call for assistance when we need help, vs. submitting some ticket, and not knowing when or if we will get a call back...I've had issues with carts, and other bugs for months, and never can get them finalized because I can never reach a human being on the phone Remine?
Horrible! There was some sort of error and they deleted ALL my transactions. There is no way to contact anyone for help. Terrible.

The server has gone down twice this week during a highest and best situation. Locking both my clients, and myself out of the system. I had to quickly get a membership with a competing electronic signature program to meet a deadline for an offer. ALSO, multiple transactions and documents magically disappeared from my account. BEST PART, no phone support for any help. Additionally, EVERY ONE of my clients have had difficulty signing the documents on their end, "THE BLUE DOT OF DEATH" has become the nickname, because it NEVER loads. HONESTLY, disgraceful and a joke .
Devon Corker was scheduled to showcase the Remine Software to introduce creative ways to enhance my farming efforts and overall utilization of the robust features available. While realizing this was going to be a sales call it quickly became apparent that Devon was interested in more than a sale, he was most interested in providing excellent resources for my business while building a relationship and finding ways that he could showcase his product specifically to build my business. This was by far the best time I ve spent with a telemarketer and will be the only time I refer to Devon as such. He was completely aware of the functionality and benefits of his software that would build my business! I look forward to sharing my successes with Remine Software and Devon. Additionally, Customer Service is higher than I ve seen with most any business as Devon made himself available throughout the weekend until an on-boarding session could be scheduled!
