I think the cheese is delicious, with a delicious taste and it stays nice and long in my mouth. Unfortunately, the cheese does not fit in what I want to eat. After I had eaten the cheese I discovered that it is not vegetarian. I do not want any products from killed animals in my mouth and therefore not the rennet that is used. Is it possible to use vegetarian rennet?

This is really special. Milk cheese from Jersey cows that eat no antibiotics, no soy and no corn. No fertilizer on land. A particularly healthy herd. The end product, the cheeses, deserves to be famous. My wife has a histamine intolerance (HIT). As a result, she could not tolerate any type of cheese. The only one that can be consumed without problems is Remeker Pril.
Furthermore, the organic beef is also of excellent quality and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, but tastes are different. We tasted a piece of young Remeker cheese and old Remeker card and didn't like them either. The young cheese was quite tasteless and the old cheese did not have the taste that we expect and like from old cheese.
Moreover, the price is very high. I want to pay a little more for something good (of course, etc.), but then I have to love it.

What a fantastic company, with beautiful jersey cows. After seeing the program "De Boerderij", we wanted to see it with our own eyes.
